So helpful!
I recently stopped taking an SSRI and this has been the only product that I have seen really help me regulate myself again. Not to mention, the ACV helps me so much with bloating. 10/10 would recommend, the only downside is getting past the smell. I typically plug my nose when I take them and it solves the problem!!

Great alternative
I usually drink my vinegar, but I've been having a hard time making myself do it lately due to the flavor. These capsules eliminate the flavor problem plus they have ashwaganda in them! They work great for helping my digestion and also help with suppressing appetite. The size is similar to that of other supplements and they are easy to swallow. They do have a slightly strong ACV odor, but that is to be expected. Great option for getting your daily ACV without the awful taste.

Good but turn hard and dark
Not sure what I’m doing wrong they are stored in a cool & dry place yet they turn rock hard and dark purple. Wont buy again just for that reason
