Seasoned Collard Greens, 27 oz

Nicely seasoned, remind me of the home cooked ones from the south.

The greens were awesome much better than glory greens.

We are fresh collard greens people and these are the closest we have ever found in canned form. Nicely done. Good in a pinch when we don't have the time to invest.

Admitting that you eat canned food is vaguely embarrassing.But I like greens and fooling around with cooking them can be a lot of work.I had never seen this product and did not even expect to finish the can.If I had selected them in a cafeteria, I would have thought that they had been prepared in the kitchen. Pleasantly surprised.

These are very good!! Especially with cornbread!!

I only eat canned collard greens when I don't feel like going to a grocery store to buy a bag of the fresh version. I always end up re-seasoning the collards anyway, so this rarely happens. Although the only brand I knew about was NOT this one, I tried this one and assumed they'd taste the same. I was super skeptical of the "seasoned" version. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they are ACTUALLY seasoned and REALLY REALLY good. I didn't have to add anything outside of making cornbread. I am impressed. I assumed the seasoned version would be loaded with salt. Not so much. These were very well-prepared.

No stems

These collards taste great, but many of the thick stems are included and too woody to chew.
