Let’s just say I’m a pro at this kinda thing without revealing my health records. Haha Anyhow, Black Label gives me the proper “tunnel vision” focus , energy , mood, and drive to keep my mind working at full capacity. I couldn’t be happier; I could almost cry, but I’m not b/c I’m a man’s man !!! SO HAPPY WITH BLACK LABEL THAT I AM NOW ON A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION !!! Thank you Joe Rogan !!! This product worked good. But the cost is to much. Found something more health and works a bit better, i also get more energy naturally for over half the price.

Love it!!! Great product!!! I drive alot sometimes all day and most of the night. I drive for work in medical transport and even though I have gotten used to the routine I was scared of how tired I got. I notice I would swerve alot my brain could not process right turn in 500 feet next right I think because of how immensely tired I was direction's say take 4 pills daily so I take 2 early mourning and 2 late afternoon. Game changer! My brain can handle simple instructions well. I was still dead tired and I felt made some sleepiness go away but it gave me my confidence back for them long busy day. It's effective plus I dont feel it gives me upset tummy but then again iam hungry around those times i take them definitely focus my mind well.

First off I would like to say that I am going to keep buying and keep taking this product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the expectations that I had going in, vs. the experience that I got taking it. It did help with clarity and focus, I could linger on and complete thoughts with more mental articulation HOWEVER.... It wasn't anything crazy like I saw in the commercials or a natural cure for (undiagnosed) ADHD as I am sure most of us hoped it would be. For context, I am a 6'1 190lb, 31 year old man on no additional medication. The pills are large, which can make them intimidating to swallow (settle down). They are expensive, and a single serving is 4 pills (20 servings per container) so it is hard to measure the value for money, but you should know what you are getting into. They taste terrible, but its a bunch of mushrooms, what did you expect? I would recommend taking them with something other than water to help mask it. Its very "barn yard-ee". Having said THAT, its a pill, knock it down and move on, if its the worst thing that happens to you that day, you still had a pretty good day. Effects last for about 6-8 hours in my assessment, its a very easy wade-in and wade-out which makes it tough to say definitively that it is or has stopped working. Takes about 30-45 minutes to kick in. (I take it on an empty stomach with a protein shake in the morning). You'll be able to tell when its fully absorbed when your burps stop smelling like a horse.

The total dose is 4 pills. In the morning in replacement of the Alpha Brain supplement, per directions, I took only two not knowing how they would affect me. This was at 0600. I avoided caffeine intake also not knowing how it would affect me. By 0900, my husband woke me up for an appointment as I had laid down to study after taking morning supplements and fell back to sleep. I drove us to the appointment, with a few, ‘Where are you going?(s)’ As I was tired and on auto pilot. After the appointment I was relaxed and felt essentially tired still but not stressed. By two I was yawning and disappointed so I had a coffee and took two more as I have two chapters to read and chapter review practice and workbook pages for my Respiratory Care program due by midnight. It’s five now and I have to say I don’t feel any effects that I would expect. Especially after having experienced some progress when taking just Alpha Brain alone on a tired day, with zero caffeine.) I guess I would say I am quite disappointed as four pills with no change in replacement of something that does work a little and for a substantial amount of more money. The ge taste was yuck but left quickly. I will update my review after two weeks using Alpha Brain and trying again. I don’t have high hopes but because I really need this to work, I am willing to give it another try- JUST NOT ON A TEST DAY OR STUFY BEFORE TEST DAY. The positive here is that if it doesn’t work, I don’t need to spend the additional money as it’s in replacement not in conjunction with Alpha Brain. I will seek out other options for clarity and recall, as well as retention. I’d give it no stars if that were possible, but I do hope to change this review, and that it may work after a while longer taking the alpha brain. UPDATE: I am still alternating supplements. When I take it in replacement with alpha brain, I make sure I have caffeine on board too. I take it as it’s full four, or two in the morning and two at lunch. On days that I am home and have a lot of studying, I find they help, and if I’m tired I give into the nap and I wake mentally craving engagement, I find I like to read the chapters I usually dread. Lecture/ Lab days they have been helpful I’m more patient and can focus a little better, but not what I was hoping for. I will say that I feel like microdoses can affect individuals differently. I will be trying more affordable options, however and I hope to find the right combination of help. If you like to be calm, collected, and chill, this is the supplement for you. I’ll keep looking.

I’ve only used it for a couple weeks now but the caffeine is just enough for the day. Not as much energy drinks and I have a TBI it gets me walking the dog 3 times a day
