Functional and quite beefy. Can be used for interesting projects if you get creative.
I actually mounted this vischer vertical 4U wall adapter turned horizontal under my desk for a little bit of storage and electronic goodies. Side to side sway as you pull out isn't too terrible and the little arm for mounting wires is reasonable. I'd suggest maybe adding some grommets on the pass-throughs though on the back portion there is some screw hole mounts and a circular adapter that probably fits with some other rack mounted accessory to do this that I'm unaware of.

It's okay but I sent it back because it adds a lot of weight and it interferes with being able to connect wires...

False Listing
Dimensions are not correct. The listing clearly says it's 15.6 inch clear inside the drawer. There is 15.0 clear.

Flimsy, Doesnt fit a standard keyboard
Product was purchased for a sliding keyboard tray for a 10" rack of Dell Servers. As this price point I didnt exppec t a high grade hevy steel product, but at least expected the product to be funtional. The product does not fit a standard keyboard, or even a smaller one. The keyboard, since it only attaches at the front tends to bend toward the unsupported back section, the torque from back prevent the shelf from fully extending. The product is properly powder coated.

Absolutely worthless. Do not buy!
The sides, rear, and mounting ears of the frame are bent from a single piece of sheet metal without any gusseting at the rear corners of the frame. The drawer therefore racks side-to-side horribly when being pulled out or pushed in. I never imagined a product explicitly intended for a rack mount/enterprise environment could be as poorly engineered as these drawers. These drawers are worth about as much as fire sale penny candy at the Dollar Store. Giving them one star is too high a rating. I recommend all buyers stay away from them.
