This device has been a TREMENDOUS HELP! It gives me great peace of mind that my loved one has the correct pills with the correct dosages, and at the correct time. I no longer have to worry about medication abuse with them. The reliability is MORE than worth the price. A hundred times over!

We desperately needed this product to protect an older relative. This made managing her medication possible. We bought a 2nd one to handle her nighttime medication. This allowed longer time between refills of the dispenser. The locks worked great and the battery lasted as advertised. Nice Product

Works well, fairly easy to program, batteries last many months.

This is a 28 day automatic medicine dispensing machine. Not sure why they didn't make it a 31 day to match days in the month. Note: If you need to dispense meds twice (2) a day it will only be good for 14 days. It flashes along with alarm and the alarm can be really loud if needed. Alarm sounds until the unit is tipped over for dispensing. Easy to load and set up. Locks to protect from spilling or unwanted tampering. I bought one for both of my parents, put their individual names on each and set different dispensing times. Loving it so far..very comforting knowing that they are taking their meds daily

Very helpful to remind me it's time to take my medicine

After only a couple of weeks, it began to fail. Every day -- at least once -- the tray would either fail to rotate or partially rotate to the next dosage. That required fetching the key, unlocking the tray, an manually rotating it.

I bought this for her. However, astoundingly, she does not hear it go off louder than a bomb raid siren. Rather, HE panics and (both in motorized wheelchairs) chases her around the house with it still screaming away. Then they both leave it somewhere obscure and mysterious until the next siren goes off and, well, press REPEAT. I'm no better: lost the key in less than a week and just figured out I've also lost the spare I bought just in case I...(sigh). Imagine the fun of trying to crack it open to split a pill already in there. The pill slot? It's a crevice. I use scissors to manipulate the pills already loaded, but, yeah, what a pain. I miss opening just one day's worth with no fear of raining pills. Finally, it and I quibbled over when Day 1 was and when Day 2, but apparently for now, we're at last in sync. It's nifty and I'm sure it's a godsend for somebody who already has their caca together...which would beg the question: then why buy it?

This pill dispenser is great. I bought it for my 90 mother who was either forgetting to take her medications or taking them too often. It’s been a life saver. Programming it is easy.

Love this product. Great quality, easy to program and use. Great for aging clients with memory issues. Locked so they can’t mistakenly open it, opens with special key.

Great build quality, and it works well. Wish I could attach a message to front and back, but otherwise, solid build, and complete's it's job!

This is a really great machine. Only problem is that small pills sometimes are able to slide into another slot.
