Adheres well, not painful to remove and supportive

This package of two rolls of kinesiology tape is a great price. One roll is an awesome hot pink and the other is flesh colored for the days you want to be more subtle. The tape is uncut, but has a grid pattern on the back which helps you measure the length you want. I trim the edges to be rounded which helps the tape stay on, square edges tend to catch things and the tape peels off faster. I'm new to using ktape and is it much more supportive and comfortable than I expected. I think for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend too much money to try it out, this is a good set to buy. I am using mine to help with rotator cuff rehabilitation.

I had initially bought and used another brand of kinesiology tape, and thought I would try another one. While this brand has a good stretch, The adhesive is very weak compared to others, the edges do not stay down well, even with primed skin. If you plan on using this for a very short term: a few hours, it may be a good option. This is not for a lengthy wear. I ended up having to apply twice in a 12 hour period, where in my previous one would last up to five days. Additionally, this brand ended up breaking my skin out fairly badly.

Kinesiology tape is the best for support. You can cut it to size. I cut it to length and cut it to make rounded corners. I've bought another brand that was KT, it was sectioned so that if you needed longer strips, you'd have to cut and put together, plus it had a big KT, and you don't want a bunch of black KT on your tape/skin. You want the beige to blend in which is what Kinesio tape does. Physical therapist recommended Kinesio tape. Something so small works wonders on my joints, whether elbow, fingers, and wrist. You can use it in other areas too.

After looking at a couple of YouTube videos on proper placement of the tape, I was really able to benefit from the effectiveness of the tape. It will provide you with extra support and stability that you would not have without it. I have patellar tendinitis on both knees to some degree, and long as I ice my knees immediately after high impact exercise, this tape will allow me to, at the very least, jog a couple of laps, if not miles a week. Way more than I would without. I would definitely recommend this tape to anyone requiring additional support for their joints.

Tape is trash. It comes off around the edges in less than a few hours. Waste of money.

Bought this for taping my knees. This is the first thing that has worked to relieve my pain. I highly recommend!! Make sure you watch videos or find someone who can teach you how to tape properly. This tape can last for several days (up to 5-7 days, including showering, exercising, sweating, etc from personal experience). I have now tried all the colors and they all work great. I'm allergic to latex and have had no reaction, for those wondering about the latex free.

This tape is very disappointing. I use kinesiology tape all the time. I ran out of the other brand I liked so I thought I would try this. I will not be buying it again. I just opened the box, 4 days after my 30 day return window closed, so now I am stuck with 2 rolls of tape that are pretty much useless. Save your money

The product works perfect and I have a more expensive brand which this does the exact same thing.

Tape doesn't stick 95% of the time.Falls off right after you put it on, in less then 5 minutes.SORRY, Not impressed totally a waste of money.

Unfortunately after the second day of using, I developed a skin rash and has left me marks on my arm for over two days and it has not faded yet. Marks resulted from on the adhesive of the back side. Apart from that it is waterproof well. I will be returning this product unfortunately.
