Excellent ankle sleeve. It freezes easily and is very easy to put on my ankle. Stays cold for a good amount of time to help with swelling. I recommend this item.

Fits perfectly on the leg. I used it in both hot and cold modes. In both settings, it doesn't retain the heat or cold for very long. Cold lasts around 10 minutes, heat 7-8 minutes. The wrap is very comfortable and fits excellently on the leg. Excellent quality.

Sprained my ankle and needed something to help with the swelling. This really seems to help. Will sometimes put it on at bed and sleep with it. Looses its cold in about 20 minutes but the slight compression is good as well.

I recently broke my ankle and had to keep my weight off of it for months while the swelling went down. I bought this product to help with the pain and the swelling. What an incredible product. My recovery time has really been shortened because of this product. I use it four to five times a day. It gives my ankle instant relief and good support .
