Smells and tastes great. Real freshness to it. Packaging isn't good so be careful when opening it.I use it medicinally.

You can always tell you’ve got good quality herbs and spices when they’re aromatic - and this cardamom powder is definitely that! Wonderfully fragrant with a pronounced cardamom flavour that's clean and fresh. Really glad I took a chance on this brand, I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Bought this on advice it lowers blood pressure naturally and is good for the liver. Can’t say it does but anything is worth a try. It quite pleasant on morning serial. ( half tea spoon) my blood pressure has reduced but I am on tablets as well. Liver function is perfect for a 70 year old.
