Big but great!
Was looking for a good high carbon knife that wouldn't break the bank. There are lots of expensive brands out there but it all boils down to the quality of the metal. These knives have been in production for a long time. There's a reason. Excellent for home and professional use. I've bought about 5 different knives from this range now.

Fantastic professional quality
These knives are made from a good quality stainless with a good tactile plastic handle. These knives are made to last and have used my commercial sharpener very little with these as they hold an edge very well. No rust which is expected. The price is fantastic. You will not get a better quality knife for this price I honestly don’t know how they do it.
