I finally decided to do up my laundry closet. I combined this unit with 3 other shelving solutions which I’ll put at the bottom of my review. Reviews were super helpful so I wanted to also contribute my 2 cents for those considering purchasing!Installation: I did not have any issues with unclear instructions, missing parts or mislabeling (parts have a little letter sticker - be careful or you’ll miss it when unwrapping and mix up your pieces). So off to a good start! I included a photo of the instructions so you can gauge the level of complexity for yourself.Quality: As others mentioned, it gets the job done. My #1 concern was that it holds the weight of heavy laundry items (bedding, towels, detergent etc) and it does.Color: The metal is a brushed chrome not a polished super shiny chrome, so the color is ever-so-slightly muted (which I was happy about). And the plastic elements are NOT white, but an off-white/vanilla/cream color (which I was also happy about)Sturdiness: The structure isn’t a solid piece of metal. It’s hollow and the pieces are a very, very (and I cannot emphasize this enough - VERY) cheap plastic. This makes the end result quite flimsy (it wobbles). You should take care when installing and make sure to use the right plastic parts because there are two that are very similar (the instructions also tell you this). The overall feeling you‘ll get while installing is: Cheap. Honestly, it feels like a toy. But somehow the shelving holds the weight of heavy products just fine. It will just jiggle while you’re putting things on/taking things off."Cheapness": I personally believe you can make a product look every bit of expensive depending on how you go about it. I‘m super pleased with the final result, so definitely a "greater than the sum of its parts" situation here.Other notes:- Be sure to cross reference the height of your washer with the height of the bar to know how much hanging space you’ll have. Height from the top of my washer to the bar is 34.5" which works for "short-hanging" items like shirts, folded pants, midi/mini skirts but not dresses. Otherwise there are 6 clip hooks (see 2nd photo) you can mount on the top shelf which you can hang longer things from.- The space between the bars on the top shelf is significant, so it’ll only be fine for towels, sheets etc. Bottles will be unstable. Put them on the bottom plastic shelf instead. Also the plastic shelf isn’t one solid piece - it’s a bunch of movable plastic blocks. You can either push them all together like I did, and leave some gap on either side - or arrange them so there’s no gap on the sides but just a teeny bit of space between each block.What REALLY cemented my decision to purchase this was finding other shelving/storage units on Amazon in the same style (brushed chrome + cheap vanilla plastic parts lol) since this product alone didn’t have enough shelving for me. I combined this with 2 tension shelves (also sold by Baoyouni) + another stand-alone shelf sold by Hershii.

It has like 100 pieces. But once put together it's not too bad. A Little wobbly. But it holds all the cleaning products. Once against the wall it should be rather sturdy. Took about 2hours to put together. You need a plastic cover for the shelf to cover the bars. It fits well over my portable washing machine. The plastic buckles are a pain to snap together.UPDATE: Had this several months now. Its holding up great! Hang dresses and Other cloths on it and it does fine. Has all my bottles on it and no problems for it to hold all the weight. There's laundry soap, softener, softener sheets, oxi powder, softener ball etc. Really Love how it holds everything and creates extra space in my small apt.

A little wobbly, but still standing up.

First, I was really disappointed that the listing gave incorrect measurements, because I carefully measured to make sure this would fit in my tiny laundry area before I purchased it. It is wider by several inches than the measurements say, and it barely fits and is a very tight squeeze, but I am determined to make it work, since I really need the storage space. Second, the 2 storage "shelves" consist of 3 wide bars, and there is a flimsy plastic mat that covers half of it, but doesn't do much. I had to buy baskets to hold my scent beads and dryer balls, or they would have fallen through the bars. Finally, the whole rack is very flimsy, from the hollow metal bars to the plastic connector pieces, and not worth the price. I considered disassembling it and trying to box it back up to return, but that seemed more annoying then just keeping it for as long as it lasts. Do not recommend!

I've been looking for a space saver for my laundry room since I moved into my house, and never was able to locate one that fit the dimensions I needed. With this being adjustable I was able to adjust it just the right width to fit over my small deep freezer. I put it together myself without any problems in about an hour. It does seem a little wobbly, but it doesn't appear that it's going to fall over or come apart. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.***UPDATE***I have now been using this for about a 6 months, and it works and is holding up beautifully. I currently have several pairs of jeans I just pulled from the dryer hanging on the bar. As well as my giant bulk store laundry detergent bottle, cleaning supplies, and several other odds and ends on the shelves. Even with all that weight it isn't bowing or appearing to want to fall apart (and this defiantly isn't the first time I've had this much on it in the last 6 months). I'm so glad I found this product, it makes my laundry room so much more functional.

First I didn’t receive all of the pieces to assemble this and stupidly didn’t realize this until I was halfway through assembling it. Why didn’t I realize I didn’t have all the parts? Because many of the parts were not labelled. Secondly, even if you get all the parts, the instructions are HORRIBLE. They were clearly written using some terrible translation app because some of the instructions literally make no sense. What to do? Well use the pictures to guide the assembly, right? Ha! The pictures are so tiny and unclear as to be mostly useless. Buy this thing at your own risk. Back it goes!

I am very impressed with the quality of this rack. Fits perfectly over my 7 cf chest freezer. The lid doesn't stay open by itself because of the first shelf, but it opens almost all the way. All the parts are sturdy and none were missing or damaged. They were packaged well and clearly labeled. It even came with a Philips head screwdriver! It was a little wobbly until I put things on the shelf, but there is no risk of it falling down due to it surrounding the freezer. I am a handy girl, and I put it together in about an hour and a half. The directions are in clear English and were easy to follow.
