Essential oil works!
This roll-on oil smells very nice and does help with relaxation. I apply to my wrist at bedtime.

Stress Relief Blend
I ordered the Stress Relief and my goodness this is a beautiful scent. You can really smell all the different oils in this blend, but I would say the most powerful would be patchouli and geranium. Very calming and kind of feels like a hug lol. Very happy with this purchase.

Great for stress and on the go!
My husband quick smoking and has been dealing with some stress that goes along with it. This roll-on essential oil works well and easy for him to take it along wherever he goes! The small is nice and he is enjoying it!
