Purchased this as I recently bought a Mac Mini which doesn't have the benefit of a webcam and speaker like the laptops do. I have used for a few days now and the speaker quality is clear, loud and excellent clarity. The microphone works well for, not only me, but when several people are in the room and all need to be heard. Highly recommend.

I liked this product to help me with Teams calls. I hated wearing headphones all day. This conference phone does the job for me. I am told my voice is clear and I also can hear very clearly. No issues with teams integration. Only one issue which isn't an issue. When I first started using it (plugged in via USB cable) it was flashing green, annoyingly when not in use. However I quickly realised this was just an indication of the battery charging up. When it got fully charged it stays a stable green. So no issue. I would recommend.

This conference mic and speaker worked well in a recent meeting. Participants up to 2 metres away could be heard by the remote users and the speaker gave sufficient audibility for all. It would be nice to have had a slightly longer connecting cable to allow greater flexibility in positioning the mic but the existing one was adequate for a meeting of seven people. I would advise checking prices from competitors since we returned this item and sourced an identical one for almost half the price.

So, seems to work fine, connected via usb. However there wasn't a dongle in my package and I definitely did order the version with the dingle. Otherwise sees fine. Use it in home office so don't have to wear headphones all day

Was very excited for this, worked great at first, turn just kept disconnecting me from calls all the time. Had to sadly return it.

Works with out issue, audio is a little tinny compared to some others, but not annoyingly so.

Speaker is Ok but the stand is not robust and has one open setting. When open, speaker is angled too far back relecting any office lights straight into your face. And it feels like it break very quickly. Works well though. What is great is the weight for travelling with. It is really light compared to the Jabra I had before. haven't worked out what the Teams button does. Made loads of Teams calls and never used it. Or needed to use it.

Could not get it to work, returned.
