LIKED THEM SO MUCH I BOUGHT A BUNCH MORE
I wanted to set up some shelves for storage in my camper. I assembled the boxes to fit along a bare wall. I have some pretty heavy stuff in them and I use them with Ikea DRONA storage boxes. The plastic connectors cannot really take the weight I wanted to put in them, so I took little plastic zip ties and reinforced all the corners of the shelves. I tested it while I was setting them up and the little plastic connectors would just come apart with the weight I was planning to put into them. But with the zip ties to stabilize them they are totally capable of holding the weight. Having the storage DRONA boxes inside the cubicles also distributes the weight so the structure is stronger and more stable. I also put bungee cords across the front of the cubes so the DRONA boxes don't wiggle out while you are traveling. I prefer these to wooden shelves because of the weight. These shelves weigh almost nothing compared to solid metal or wood shelves and with the zip ties to reinforce the little clips that hold them together they are just great for mobile storage. I was not sure they would be strong enough but with the zip ties on the corners they are really strong. Be sure to zip tie the corners before you install the shelf unit you build because it is difficult to install the zip once you have the box structure secured to the wall. Of course you must put the heavy items on the bottom shelves and the lighter items on the top so that they are not top heavy as if you did that the weight could possibly pull the screws out of the walls. With the weight on the bottom it stabilizes them as the weight helps to hold them in place and works with you instead of against you. And of course, I have anchored the wire shelves to the wall to further stabilize them. I am really happy with them and they created a lot more storage space, make the whole camper look neat at all times. Everything now has a place and the DRONA boxes actually hold a lot. The DRONA boxes also come in different colors so you can color coordinate and match it perfectly with the decor and design of your camper interior but I prefer black as it doesn't show marks. Unfortunately I didn't find a box from AMAZON that fit perfectly that could come near the price of the Drona storage boxes, but they fit the Ikea DRONA boxes perfectly. The other thing is that you are not limited by the shape and size of the area you want to use them in as you can modify the structure of the boxes to fit your needs. I find they to be perfect for what I wanted to use them for. They are also less expensive than using the shelves you normally use to hold the Drona boxes which weigh a lot and you cannot alter the configuration like you can with the Cube Grid Storage Boxes. I took the time to write a lengthy review because if you did this type of use without using the zip ties to secure the corners and put the heavy items on top, failed to use bungee cords to hold the boxes in place during travel, etc. it would definitely not work. Another tip is that on the bottom I placed the plastic corner connectors so they are flat on the floor so they act as a flat base instead of having them hold up the bottom like it shows in the picture when you buy the boxes. This is necessary as the bottom plastic corner connectors will end up bearing all the weight and when you use them so they are flat to the floor, the weight actually helps to hold them in place together with the zip ties making the unit stronger and more stable. By using these simple and basic mechanical principles it made them stronger and more stable and I could use them for this purpose. And even if you are putting them in a camper, the use of zip ties on the corners used to hold each metal pane together will greatly strengthen the shelves and make a lot more stable so you can use them to hold more weight especially if you use storage boxes inside the shelves. And as the boxes are only wire, you can see inside them and with no storage box used they could look pretty messy very easily.

Excellent sturdy shelving
Affordable, easy to put together, looks nice, did not fall apart, will purchase again. I am using this for yarn storage. Very happy.

Beats using cardboard boxes
This ended up being a great solution to providing taller shelving on top of one of those chromed wire storage shelves. It eliminates cardboard boxes that cockroaches love to reside in. I’m pretty mechanically minded, but it was slightly challenging to assemble. There’s a few different ways to assemble, but only one way to be able to successfully use all the parts. Definitely strong enough for our application. The only unknown is will the plastic joints last beyond a few years. I can’t remember if they included a few spares or not. This was a lot cheaper and easier than trying to ‘extend’ the chrome wire shelving to be taller.

A quick and easy way to add extra storage space
I feel like these are perfect for apartment dwellers (or students in dorm rooms), because they can be taken apart and stored in a pretty flat space when you need to move again.I have not run into any issues with anything being too heavy for them, and they are quite stable after assembly. But just as a second level of stability, I've also secured many of the corners with zip ties, especially if I know that I'll be putting heavier things in there, or that the location where I've put the shelves may be one where the unit could get bumped or jostled.Sometimes when assembling, I've had the corner pieces suddenly fly off due to pressure from pushing the other corners together, but that's a minor niggle. However, you'd do well to squeeze the opposing sides together after attaching the corner pieces. I even use a rubber mallet to tap them into place, as they don't always go all the way in without some pressure. But again, that's just a minor thing -- only something to be aware of when assembling.I like that you can make the unit as tall as you want (up to a point, obviously -- but I've got one tower that's taller than I am, which I don't load up very heavily), or connect them side-by-side (thereby saving some of the sides and connectors, allowing you to have more shelves overall).Being sort of see-through doesn't hurt, either, especially for smaller rooms where another type of shelving unit might make you feel like the walls were closing in. ;-)I've bought 4 of these, and so I would recommend to anyone looking for a modular shelving option.

Nice, but falls apart if you try to move it.
It's pretty solid when put together, but falls apart easily if you ever have to move it. I dropped something behind it and when I went to move it a little, it just disintegrated. I had a huge mess all over the place. Had to rebuilt it from scratch and re-fold all my clothes. Other than that, I like it a lot. It's looks good and works well.

Perfect for my sewing room! As good as the one I've had for over a decade!
I purchased two of these 6 cube units and built them into one 4-cube and one 8-cube unit. I have 5 of the interlocking clips left over. I used zip ties, in addition to the clips, on every single corner & intersection, as I have with all brands of these units I own. It's a must or they will eventually pop apart. With them on, you never need to worry! They are sturdy, and durable units and hold a fair amount of weight. I keep the heaviest things on the bottom shelves to anchor the unit. I also put felt pads on any pieces that are touching my walls, so they don't get scratched up. The color is off white, but so in the older unit I already had, so this was perfect! I put the 8-cube under a table and was able to purchase these table leg extensions that made everything work out to a perfect fit!

Easy to put together
I bought this to add shelves to a tv cabinet. It didn’t come with any instructions or pictures. However, it was quite easy to figure out how to assemble. The shelves are sturdy and just what I wanted.

This will do the trick on the garage
They went together easily and I also used pliers to squeeze them together all the way. I need more now 🤩

These are great - sturdy and practical, aesthetic too (in and industrial way)
Love these - they’re a great addition to our garage storage. Added a 4 to a 6 to give us an extended shelving unit. Great value and clever interlocking design that’s easy and quick to install.

Good at this price
Other storage shelves options would be better. To be used for specific purpose. I have made a 4 shelf vertical unit to air out worn clothes to be worn again before they are washed (like Alna). Wire shelves help to air out. But the top left open in my design for short of shelf. Is it possible to buy a single shelf? Cube size is very good. Assembly is not so difficult but needs patience, and use the clips that suits your desired design. Don't use as an open wardrobe or storage if dust is a problem.
