Is this permanent coloring for eyebrows?

It's a temporary coloring for the beard and brows.

Itchy? Can anyone read fine print? Does it contain paraben, amino acid and or ammonia? Please advice. Thank you.

Print is small but I use magnifying glass to inhance script. To my knowledge it doesn't and through my use I have had no problems

Is this okay for beards that are already dyed?

Yes. You can use Just For Men 1-Day Beard & Brow Color on previously dyed hair.
