My one squeeze doesn't work. Any ways to fix this?

You have to squeeze it hard for it to cut off. Also, I only got 55 and 59 uses out of my 2 bottles. It is misleading to say that they provide 66.

Is this product hypoallergenic? I don't see it mentioned in the product description.
