Never bought this product before and need to know if it’s normal for it to seem like you aren’t getting much product on the wand when you pull it up?

It's normal for this product, no matter where you purchase it from. I always have to squeeze it up and kind of grab it with the wand. Still my favorite primer. I just use my finger to apply it.

Does this have the application wand in the top or just the squeeze type.

It has a wand; but I have found that just squeezing a bit out into my hand and using my finger to smooth works much better.

Is this more of an oily or slick feel to it once on, or more a dry feeling to it?

It’s more of a dry feel.. it’s a very light consistency! Having said that, it has very little coverage and if you have worn eye shadow for many years and your kids have become darker I have found that this won’t cover it! The Urban Decay in the yellow tube, Eden, is the best for coverage and keeping your shadow from creasing

It’s creamy and brightens eye area. I’ve gone to the gym after work using it and it never slid off my eyes. It melts in well so I don’t think being in a little rain would bother it.
