Does this has soft hold styling properties too? Will it help keep my curls defined or is it just a conditioner?

I have curly hair and use a tong to define my curls a bit better and this mouse holds my curls in really well as well as making my hair super shiny and not frizzy at all.

I have dry, damaged hair which product should I go for? The incredible milk or the leave in conditioner?

I have bleached hair and i use the whipped cream leave in and it keeps my hair feeling soft anf shiny, its in amazing condition and i put it down to this, its my holy grail hair product. However i have never tried the incredible milk.
