Worst product with worst support team .
Highly don't recommend this product. If there is a rating less than 1 star, then this product truely deserves that rating. LED lights in the Chimney are not working within a week of purchase. When I contacted the customer support team, they are more worst and haven't assigned a technician . It is more than 3 days since I raised this concern to the team still no response. Worst team elica overall. Please don't believe this brand. This is only scam to cheat middle class people with zero support
