Seiko SNXS75K Watch

This lovely watch is as it says on the label. GOOD BUY , only down side it was delivered 2 days later than advised upsetting my missus who had stayed in for 2 days to receive it.

Lovely looking watch and a complete change to what I've been wearing for the last 30 years or so. Previously had two quartz Seikos, but decided to go old school when my last one died for no apparent reason after 12 years. However, there is a problem with this watch which has been touched on in an earlier review - the metal bracelet is far too small. The easiest way of adjusting a Seiko bracelet is to move the pins to one of the different holes in the clasp, but these were already on the maximum. I was on the verge of returning the watch until I had the bright idea of changing the clasp itself from one of my older Seikos, which had a much longer clasp (and luckily still works after 30 years!). So after five fiddly minutes, my watch fits perfectly!

Excellent watch, stylish design. Can be fiddly to set date, but no more hassle changing batteries.

This watch looks very smart and is nice to wear. It is keeping perfect time and is very easy to read. Well worth the money.

It's up to stated performance and expectation. The only remark concerns the excessive tima required to switch day and date around midnight.

l'orologio e fantastico l'unica pecca che chi ha dei polsi un po' grandi come me la cinghia in acciaio tira un po' anche se messa al massimo della larghezza, io consiglierei di mettere un paio di maglie in più' che non guasta mai.

Beautiful watch. Just what I expected. Really like the automatic feature. Only 7 seconds fast per day. May never buy another quartz after my experience with this watch. Construction is solid. Swapped out the metal band immediately upon receipt for a black leather band which gives it an even more formal look. Only downside is no literature came with the watch. Great value. Still running every morning even after 12 hrs of non-use. I’ve used it every day since having received it and it should run for up to 43 hours when fully wound.

Only just arrived, looks great, no issues with functionality. Hopefully it will survive the test of time.

Eine der schönsten Uhren überhaupt! Hochwertige und präzise Verarbeitung, wie von Seiko auch erwartbar, dazu ein sehr schön ausgewogenes Äußeres mit wunderbarem Understatement. Mit dem herrlichen, leicht schimmernden, grauen Zifferblatt und ohne deutlich vorstechende Krone oder aufdringliche Lünette hat auch sie, obwohl im unteren Einsteiger-Preissegment angesiedelt, alles, was eine Uhr zum Klassiker braucht. Und nur eine kleine Bewegung reicht, um das Werk anlaufen zu lassen, was sehr für die Präzision spricht, mit der es gefertigt wurde. Das alles macht Spaß. Auch die Lumi-Funktion ist mehr als überzeugend: Im Dunklen ist alles gestochen präzise ohne jede lästige Überstrahlung ablesbar. Gestochen klar und völlig unverwaschen. Letztlich: Sie ist einfach zeitlos schön und auch im originalen Preis bereits mehr als jeden Cent wert. Bei dem Preis hier stellt sich die Frage kaufen oder nicht sowieso nicht länger. Und wenn man nur diesen Preis erübrigen kann, dann darf sie es auch sein. Denn eine mechanische Uhr, zumal heute, ist eigentlich immer ein Luxusgut. Egal wie teuer. Nicht wirklich notwendig. Wenn man sich also ein wenig "überflüssigen" Luxus gönnen möchte, dann sollte es auch so sein und nicht nur gut gemeint, weil es so aussieht. Wie bei vielen Fabrikaten, deren originaler Preis diesem Angebotspreis entspricht. Diese Seiko sieht nicht nur edel aus sondern erzeugt auch ein ebensolches Armgefühl. Als Uhrenliebhaber kann man auch mit ihr sehr glücklich werden. Der Verkäufer CKB_LTD kommt der Präzision der Uhr übrigens prächtig hinterher. Vor 5 Tagen bestellt, ein Wochenende dazwischen, und schon, obwohl aus Good Old England, bereits längstens an meinem Arm. Besser geht's nicht!
