Aetrex Women's Xspress Runner 2 Orthopedic Lace Up Breathable Running Shoes

I had been having significant pain in my feet and got tired of waiting for my doctor's referral to have special orthotics made. I decided to try these tennis shoes out as my doctor recommended the Aetrex brand. I had a significant improvement in pain almost immediately. I am able to go on walks again as long as I wear the Aetrex brand.

Shoestring look was broken (see attached photo). It looks like the shoes have been worn. I started a return. Sent the shoes back and I’m having to wait several weeks for a replacement repair. Not acceptable.

I got these for our European vacation where I knew I would be walking a lot on uneven paving. These shoes gave me the support I needed and kept my plantar fasciitis at bay. I have done well with other Aetrex shoes and these were great! We had lots of rain and my feet never got wet. That was a definite plus! I will order these again.

Not attractive style. Good arch support. Could use more padding under ball of foot

The fit and comfort fall short, and it doesn’t match the advertised image; while generally satisfactory, it doesn’t justify its price point.

Aetrex shoe quality has really gone down. I was so disappointed in these shoes. The mesh is not soft and pliable, it feels more like hard plastic with a stiff, rough texture. The materials throughout the entire shoe feel cheap. The fit and sizing is way too small. I ordered a Wide because I need a roomy toe box. They were so tight! Fit more like a narrow width, definitely NOT wide. They were also a full size too short in length. Save your money, these are worthless.
