To good to be true.. but it works!
Tl:DrOne application and immediate relief. 5 days later, ulcer still healing, but still no pain. If you have an ulcer that is affecting your life, it's worth the cost and more!Full reviewI have had ulcers al lot over the last decade and found that every over the counter product marketed at relieving ulcer pain was at best so short lived it barely have long enough to eat a quick dinner... At worst prolongs the healing process. As such over the years I came to the conclusion that they weren't worth the hassle.However last week I bit my tongue, and the ulcer that appeared over the wound left me unable to speak or eat without considerable pain, and prevented me from sleeping for more than 30 mins at a time as the ulcer would rub against by back teeth when I moved my tongue in my sleep immediately waking me.In desperation over a couple of days I spent a small fortune on various remedies and found my past experience was still the same, and nothing helped for long enough to be any use.On Sunday after a day off looking at various treatments online, I found a few people mentioning this on Reddit. I was dubious, especially since it cost 20gbp, I felt it sounded too good to be true. However at this point I was desperate, so ordered it.On arrival I immediately went to the bathroom and applied it. The pain on the first touch was sharp and I instinctively pulled away the applicator. I tried a second time and the same thing. However on the third time the pain was gone and I was able to apply per the instructions.Immediately after the pain was better, and over the space of 5 mins faded to a fairly comfortable background pain, which was all but gone within 30 mins.5 mins after I was able to eat something (should probably of waited longer but was pretty hungry) without any additional pain.It's been 5 days now since I used one of the treatments, and thought the ulcer is still not healed, I haven't had any pain since, and it is healing well.I will update the review if this changes.

I can't believe it works
So I had an angry bugger at the back of my mouth where my throat begins. It was driving me mental.I saw this and thought why not give it a try?I applied the liquid in the recommended manner and within an hour, the pain from the ulcer had all but stopped. They are correct when they say that there is some stinging, but it is nowhere near as bad as made out by many. There was still a very mild dull ache, but this had vanished by the next morning.This stuff induces a chemical burn and cauterises the wound, leaving behind a whiteish area where the ulcer was.However, it was less successful on the ulcer near where my last wisdom tooth is emerging. There is still some residual pain there but this may be from the surrounding area. It is hard to tell.The taste is absolutely awful and the liquid does seem stubborn to wash maway, but again this is a minor thing when considering the benefits. Recommended.

It burnt my mouth
Just a few sticks which, once broken delivers one treatment. Appallingly painful. Burnt my mouth and lips. Contains sulphuric acid and didn't work. When I tried to return it I was told that I could not return the item. Just awful and a waste of money.

So for those of you suffering with mouth ulcers I give you a painful but highly effective solution ORALMEDIC is the same product as the late great BONGELA ONCE.These products use a highly effective dental desiccant solution called HYBENX. Which contains the following ingredients:Hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid Hydroxymenthoxybenzenesulphonic acid Sulphuric acid Water - (so it doesn't completely melt a hole in your face) FD&C Red 40 - food colouring (so you can see it)So what does this all mean. Well for those of you that suffer with mouth ulcers you will know the feeling of wanting to get some payback - taking the fight to the ulcer so to speak - a desiccant is just that!Desiccant solutions rapidly remove water from whatever they come into contact with - I mean rapidly you will feel it pouring out of the ulcer - HYBENX is used by dental professionals to clear infections and remove bacteria because it sucks all the water out of the bacteria on a cellular level - this of course kills the bacteria - it can also be used to remove plaque structures. When applied to the mouth ulcer it removes all the bacteria and infected tissue whilst leaving healthy tissue with a chemically cauterised protective layer which usually keeps out any further infection.If you feel the need you could apply a protective product afterwards however be aware to do this hygienicly so has not to reintroduce infection - BONGELA on your finger is not advised!To apply station yourself over a sink in front of a mirror in a well lit room. Make sure you have something handy nearby to punch or crush in your hand or scream at. Get a few extra Cotten buds and if you can use them to clean/dry out the area before application - saliva is your enemy and there is plenty of it to come to get rid of as much as possible beforehand. Simply snap the Cotten bud at the marked end and allow the HYBENX to seep into the Cotten. Quickly apply by dabbing the solution onto and around the infected area.Right about now you'll be punching or crushing or screaming in the direction of that thing you got in absolute agony (imagine full on biting the ulcer accidentally when eating......Yeah!) and drooling uncontrollably into the sink - I know you can thank me later - but bear with it make sure you apply it to the entire surface which will turn white like scar tissue. After about 30 seconds to 1 min the pain will disappear and the infected tissue will be gone. You will wonder why you haven't tried this stuff before because it gives a near as damn it instant solution to your mouth ulcer with 1 treatment. I personally have only had to use both treatments once on a particularly aggressive mofo ulcer and even then it's probably because I didn't get it all the first time.You will order moreYou will keep it on hand for when the ulcers retaliate in the future - and when they doYou will desiccate them into oblivion and carry on being able to do all those normal things without pain - talking - yawning - eating - cleaning your teath - snogging the crap out of your partner etc.So take the fight to the ulcer and deliver the KO blow that is ORALMEDIC.

WARNING, HURTS BUT WORKS
WARNING… if your going to use this treatment plz go to a large open field where you can run and scream and curse coz the pain this will cause is intense. BUT after a few mins of pain, it works the ulcer goes completely numb it’s amazing and it stays numb for days after. Well worth it. It’s actually the only treatment that’s worked and I’ve tried them all

Lo mejor y único contra las aftas
El único producto que me ha quitado el problema de poder comer, dolor intenso etc que te causan las aftas. Te cauteriza, quema la herida. Hay que tener cuiddaeo y aolicarlo justi en la zona solo y tener cuidado con otras partes del cuerpo, es muy agresivo. Si tienes aftas frecuentes recomiendo pedirlas de antemano para no tener que esperar a que lleguen ya que al no ser un producto permitido en Europa a día de hoy tardan mucho en llegar.

Miracle (almost) instant cure
If you or your kids get chronic canker sores, this is the ONLY stuff that works to cure, yes CURE it. This will not just numb like the orajel stuff, that numbs the sore and who we kidding, your whole stinking mouth in the process, and then 2 minutes later your canker sore hurts and the rest of your mouth is still numb. Nice try Orajel). This Oralmedic product is ACID, it burns the damaged tissue, in a way similar to laser cauterization, except that it is a chemical burn. Me and my kids only use this for really bad canker sores, the ones that are deep down in between your gum and lip that just seem to keep getting bigger. The reason we don't use it on little ones is two fold #1 it's expensive, and #2 it HURTS, badly. Prepare for PAIN when you apply it, but take it like a champ, knowing that if you apply this correctly, after about 15-20 seconds of fist pounding pain, eyes roll in the back of your head pain, the canker sore will be (essentially) gone, no pain anymore. Me and my kids have used this now about a dozen times and we have the process down to where we know it will work. For us, two people works best, the person who has the sore is the one to do all the work, the other person is there for extra hands to hold a flashlight, grab tissues, and hurl insults at during the moment of truth. Step 1: First get the swab out of the package and get the tip covered in the pinkish colored acid gel. Have it sitting there within reach to grab easily when you are ready. Second, get some gauze or a paper towel, something highly absorbent that won't leave lint or little pieces behind. Use the gauze/towel to COMPLETELY dry off the canker sore and surrounding area. Drying is painful, but critical to getting a complete and thorough result with the acid. We've tried pre-treating with something like orajel which helps make the wiping/drying more tolerable, but make no mistake, it won't make the acid burn less painful (it's a different kind of pain that is foreign to orajel molecules). You can use awooden tongue depresser to keep your cheek or tongue out of the way. Then, once you've dried the area, quickly, before your mouth gets all saliva-y again, grab the swab of Oralmedic and roll it back and forth over the canker sore. Get the whole thing covered. Feel free to scream, moan, pound the counter, or squeeze rubber duck to death (that is what we do), in addition to the optional insult hurling at your surgical assist. The acid only burns the injured tissue (which is kind of amazing about how this stuff works) so you don't have to worry about injuring the healthy tissue surrounding the sore. The area will turn white, and get kind of hard, both the sore and the healthy tissue around it. Yes it burns like a mu+herfu@$er!!! It only takes about 15-20 seconds to do the trick. Rinse your mouth out really well with water, you should be able to use your finger and rub away any extra gel (it won't hurt anymore!) and spit it out, it's super nasty and I really don't think any trace amount should be ingested. Within a couple of minutes the whiteness will go away from the healthy tissue area and the canker sore will remain kind of whitish and hardened for a little while. Virtually immediately, you should have no more pain when you rub over the sore with your tongue. If you have any pain, you might not have gotten it all, and you can do it again using the same swab with the gel on it. If you do this a few times you will just kind of know that yep you got it all, or no, you need to do it again (rest assured the second time is a lot less intense.) We always do this before bed and when you wake up in the morning there should be only a bad memory of the sore that once was. This product is not for the faint of heart, but if you or your kids are plagued by canker sores and sometimes they get really bad and won't go away, this stuff is your miracle. I always keep it stocked in my cupboard, because when you need it, you need it. I tried to be kind of funny when writing this, but having both my kids plagued with sometimes really bad canker sores, it's really nice that something is available that actually works. It's a trade-off because it freaking hurts, but for those that get the bad canker sores I'm talking about, it's 1000% worth it. If this stuff was $100 I'd still buy it and keep it on hand for those doozies.

It Works!!
I had a canker sore on the tip of my tongue that had not improved after five continuous days with regular applications of Kanka and gargling with Listerine. It hurt to talk, it hurt to eat, it is difficult to sleep it hurts so much, and five days it's a long time for canker sore to purchased. Especially on the tip of the tongue.I've never heard of this and it was pretty pricey I thought, but I was desperate enough to try it.Upon receiving it I follow the directions and after trying my tongue with a provided Q-tip, I then applied this medicine. It was immediately followed by searing pain as if someone had taken a hot poker out of the fire and touched it to my tongue. Very different than the usual burning pain that you might experience with Listerine or other numbing agents. It was an intense pain. Luckily it only lasted a few seconds at that intensity Before becoming a doll throb that even radiated to my front teeth. It wasn't great, but the pain was bearable after that initial insult.But lo and behold, when I woke up the next morning my tongue no longer hurt. Had been seven days of pain by the time I put this on, and it was better than next morning. Pretty miraculous. The next two days my tongue felt that sort of weird zinging numbness that you feel with certain hot pepper spice that is found in some Chinese foods, but not really painful just a weird numbness. But believe me, that was a massive relief and subsequently it is just continue to get better and better, never hurting again after applying this.Needless to say, I am pretty impressed and certainly recommend this and use it again. It only required one application, so really it's about $12 per application. That seems like a lot, but considering that it works so well, it was more than worth it.

EXCRUCIATING! HORRID!
Hey, let’s put sulfuric acid in our mouths! I don’t know what I was thinking, trying this stuff, because I can’t even handle minty stuff these days. For some reason I keep biting my tongue and cheeks by accident when I eat, leaving a small mogul on my gums that I re-bite over and over. (Thank you chemo for this gift that keeps on giving.) Maybe some people will favor the horrible pain this stuff causes to the pain of mouth ulcers but not me! I thought it was going to burn a hole through my cheek or dissolve my teeth; I would not have been surprised to see my teeth on fire and smoke coming out my ears! Omg it hurt. Made me cry, that dirty rotten The directions state it may “sting.” Ha! Understatement of the year. Did it work? I don’t know, maybe the lesions are smaller? My gums ached all night. I’d have to try it again but AHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOooooooo! Luckily a baking soda rinse seemed to neutralize the acid and I stopped smoldering, literally! Figuratively I’m still pretty steamed that there wasn’t a stronger warning on the label. This stuff should never ever ever be used on kids or people with sore mouths. Maybe it could be used it to clean that oil patch on the driveway or clean tanker trucks or something…it’s scary, very scary. And incredibly painful.

IT WORKS!
I get 1 or 2 ulcers/canker sores every few months. They last about 1-2 weeks, and make eating so painful. They hurt when you talk or when you don't talk. I was always used to this pain, and it ruined my whole week.I bought this product when I had an ulcer that hadn't disappeared after 1 week.It came fast and I used one of the treatments and... IT WORKED immediately. This is amazing! Please go ahead and buy this product!...Recently, I had some pain in my mouth, that I thought was just some sensitive area. (I do not get ulcers at the root of my mouth, so I didn't think it would be that.)After a while, I thought it could be an ulcer so I used the 2nd treatment and OMG it is truly an amazing product. Prepare for PAIN when you apply it, but take it like a champ, knowing that if you apply this correctly, after about 15-20 seconds of fist pounding pain, eyes roll in the back of your head pain, the canker sore will be (essentially) gone, no pain anymore. Me and my kids have used this now about a dozen times and we have the process down to where we know it will work. For us, two people works best, the person who has the sore is the one to do all the work, the other person is there for extra hands to hold a flashlight, grab tissues, and hurl insults at during the moment of truth. Step 1: First get the swab out of the package and get the tip covered in the pinkish colored acid gel. Have it sitting there within reach to grab easily when you are ready. Second, get some gauze or a paper towel, something highly absorbent that won't leave lint or little pieces behind. Use the gauze/towel to COMPLETELY dry off the canker sore and surrounding area. Drying is painful, but critical to getting a complete and thorough result with the acid. We've tried pre-treating with something like orajel which helps make the wiping/drying more tolerable, but make no mistake, it won't make the acid burn less painful (it's a different kind of pain that is foreign to orajel molecules). You can use awooden tongue depresser to keep your cheek or tongue out of the way. Then, once you've dried the area, quickly, before your mouth gets all saliva-y again, grab the swab of Oralmedic and roll it back and forth over the canker sore. Get the whole thing covered. Feel free to scream, moan, pound the counter, or squeeze rubber duck to death (that is what we do), in addition to the optional insult hurling at your surgical assist. The acid only burns the injured tissue (which is kind of amazing about how this stuff works) so you don't have to worry about injuring the healthy tissue surrounding the sore. The area will turn white, and get kind of hard, both the sore and the healthy tissue around it. Yes it burns like a mu+herfu@$er!!! It only takes about 15-20 seconds to do the trick. Rinse your mouth out really well with water, you should be able to use your finger and rub away any extra gel (it won't hurt anymore!) and spit it out, it's super nasty and I really don't think any trace amount should be ingested. Within a couple of minutes the whiteness will go away from the healthy tissue area and the canker sore will remain kind of whitish and hardened for a little while. Virtually immediately, you should have no more pain when you rub over the sore with your tongue. If you have any pain, you might not have gotten it all, and you can do it again using the same swab with the gel on it. If you do this a few times you will just kind of know that yep you got it all, or no, you need to do it again (rest assured the second time is a lot less intense.) We always do this before bed and when you wake up in the morning there should be only a bad memory of the sore that once was. This product is not for the faint of heart, but if you or your kids are plagued by canker sores and sometimes they get really bad and won't go away, this stuff is your miracle. I always keep it stocked in my cupboard, because when you need it, you need it. I tried to be kind of funny when writing this, but having both my kids plagued with sometimes really bad canker sores, it's really nice that something is available that actually works. It's a trade-off because it freaking hurts, but for those that get the bad canker sores I'm talking about, it's 1000% worth it. The next two days my tongue felt that sort of weird zinging numbness that you feel with certain hot pepper spice that is found in some Chinese foods, but not really painful just a weird numbness. But believe me, that was a massive relief and subsequently it is just continue to get better and better, never hurting again after applying this.Needless to say, I am pretty impressed and certainly recommend this and use it again. It only required one application, so really it's about $12 per application.
