OK TAPE Kinesiology Tape, Regular Original Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape for Support and Recovery, Sports Tape, 2in×16.4ft Uncut Roll - Black

I got this because I've been having knee issues due to an effusion. I did not think some fabric tape would do anything, so I went for OK Tape because it was a lot less than the more popular KT Tape. My knee honestly feels much better and more stable when I'm wearing kinesiology tape! I've since tried KT and this brand is actually better. It lasts longer, is way less expensive, and does the exact same thing! This brand frays a little bit around the edges and does leave some residue when removing, but it's not a huge issue for me. OK is pretty strong and gave me little bit of bruising when I removed it too early (like within the first day). Removal is a lot gentler after wearing it for 2-3 days and showers! I've accidentally placed the tape wrong and gotten it stuck to itself, and it still lasted for days after moving the tape. I was a little bit worried I would get a bad reaction because the description says it uses " acrylic glue based medical grade adhesive" and I suspect I may have an acrylate allergy from gel nails, but my skin has not gotten itchy, blisters, etc.

Helpful for small facial muscles with CP because you can use them like weights if you apply them in the opposite direction of the muscle but the adhesive in this brand is too strong it rips my skin off. Skin grows back but its not the best

Very sticky! Good elastic pull. Smells a little funny, but if you let the roll air out a little while it mostly goes away. Pretty good support. Also good for making your own special band aid or as a way to attach a finger splint if you happen to give yourself mallet finger and need to support it for 10 weeks

I've been using this to tape my chest and so far it's been pretty good. I have a medium size chest and it does a good job and will hold up for a few days. It's strong and the rolls will last you some time. It is pretty itchy, which I don't know if my skin is more sensitive than most, or that's just expected when you bind with tape. The only other issue is, it's not waterproof. So I wouldn't recommend swimming in it. I do shower with it but I try not to expose it directly to the water, and that works just fine. Also working/excersizing/sweating is just fine. Overall it's good for the price and will get the job done. Just remember to soak it in some baby oil before removing it, so it won't blister your skin. (I learned that one the hard way.) So tape safely y'all!

Compared to what I originally got from PT, it was pretty disappointing; the fabric was thinner and provided less support and it hurt a lot more to take off. I would probably recommend this for more minor issues.

Good tape. Easy to apply. It sticks on very well and doesn't come off or move around. It's easy to take off and doesn't leave marks on skin.

Good value alternative to KT tape. Stick on reasonable well - will survive sweat and a shower or two if applied about couple hours in advance.

Trotz langem Tragen kaum Rückstände auf der Haut,hält aber trotzdem sehr gut auch bei Nässe .

I just started using kinesiology tape for my plantar fasciitis and OK tape works really well.. it seems to stick better than the brand I purchased at our local drug store. I bought the purple because it was drastically reduced and I had never used this brand before, so I wanted to try it out. Would I buy this brand again, yes, in a heartbeat!

Il OK TAPE kinesiologico 5 cm x 5 m è un ottimo nastro terapeutico: elastico, resistente e confortevole sulla pelle. Una volta provato, ho apprezzato la buona adesività, la flessibilità che segue bene i movimenti e il fatto che sia senza lattice, quindi adatto anche a pelli sensibili. Purtroppo ho dovuto restituirlo esclusivamente per un ritardo nella consegna, in quanto mi serviva con urgenza e sono stato costretto ad acquistarlo in un negozio fisico. Il reso non è quindi legato alla qualità del prodotto, che è assolutamente valida. Se non si hanno problemi di tempistiche, è un tape kinesiologico affidabile e ben fatto, che consiglio senza esitazioni.
