Absolutely tricky to get this working. 1. Does not connect over LAN cable 2. Use only 32gb drive or lower to transfer data from device to laptop/desktop as high GB drives use exFAT or NTFS and this stupid system uses FAT32 3. Cannot upload master employee file from device to desktop software 4. No literature on how to get reports Just keep browsing the web and watch YouTube videos and that too to no avail or beneficial use I want to return it. Tell me how ?
