I've been using this coffee daily for over a year now, and it's perfect. I've seen many complaints about the coffee being weak, and I think I know what the problem is. I use a 2-in-1 coffee machine that makes both a traditional pot of coffee, and includes a separate senseo pod brewer. Since you are essentially using a dry tea bag to make coffee, you really won't get a strong cup of coffee unless your brewer has some sort of "Strong" or "Bold" coffee setting. This settings slows down the drip brewing process a lot, which allows the water to slowly absorb into the pod, which then allows a strong cup of coffee to be brewed. You'll notice that when it first starts brewing, you're essentially just getting water. But after a few drip cycles it becomes really strong. I personally use two pods for a large cup of coffee, and a single pod for a half cup (which is typically weaker, but still fine). If you're having trouble with the pods and you don't have a "Strong" or "Bold" setting, you may want to try running them under the faucet for a few seconds before putting them into the brewer so the water can absorb more easily. If you want to brew a generous, strong cup of coffee, use two pods. In the end, the main reason to buy these is for the convenience and the fact that they're environmentally friendly. It's just coffee beans in a paper filter. The amount of plastic waste created by K-cups is ridiculous (and the coffee isn't all that great or strong). These can be perfect if you just play around with the brewing method.
