A little tedious to set up because the directions are so so but well worth it for the price. Looks gorgeous and I’ve gotten numerous compliments on it already!

These are beautiful lights! They are bright and very pretty. There are a few things I didn't realize until I'd made several mistakes in trying to hang the crystals correctly. Here's what I wish I'd realized beforehand: 1. It matters where the arms go. Every other one will have an extra loop on the bottom where a #6 chain of crystals will hang. 2. Each of the big crystals has a bumpy side and a smooth side. Place the bumpy sides face out. 3. The #7s that hang between arms (as do the two rows of #8) need to be one of the sets with 9 smaller crystals. I hung my #7s which had only 7 small crystals each, and it stretched them too tightly. I had to trade them out so they hung adjacent to the row of #3's instead. (Then the two sets of #8's hung with the 2's and 4's.) That allowed the crystals to look their best. Good luck! The results are lovely!

Absolutely STUNNING! Not super hard to put together (like usual chandelier lights) and pretty easy to install. Looks so so gorgeous and is bigger than I expected.

Great chandelier for the price

First and most obviously, this thing is beautiful. It is so beautiful and elegant. It is even gorgeous with the light off, when the sun hits the crystals. It. Is. Beautiful. That’s the good. It has real glass “crystals” not icky plastic. That’s the good. It is relatively light. More of the good. The instructions on putting this up. Not good. They are kind of “figure it out yourself from the basic pictures” instructions. That’s the bad. The instructions are just awful. Now for the ugly. The holes do not line up at all on the arms. Not even one if the arms lined up properly. This is actually my second of these. I sent the first back in disgust, with no small amount of time invested. Because I had to have surgery and would be unable to do anything for about 6 to 8 weeks, the seller sent a replacement overnight. That was marvelous service! In putting this one together, guess what, the holes didn’t line up. I wanted it so much that I bent the arms that hold the crystals until they could at least be attached. Every. Single. Arm. I had to bend every arm to attach them. The tiny little screws really only work well if the arms line up. It was an exercise in frustration and took several hours longer than necessary. The crystals have to be attached to the arms, but at least the crystals don’t all have to be attached to each other and then attached to the arms. Now, the result of bending all of these arms down to make the holes almost line up is that the arms with the attached crystals don’t properly cover or camouflage the bulbs like they should. That does damage the aesthetic a bit. I’d like it if I could camouflage the bulbs a bit. That is the only thing I dislike about the appearance. It is beautiful, elegant and just delightful. You have a lot of options in length. It is relatively light, only about 11 or 12 pounds, I think, but I couldn’t get it installed before my surgery so I hired an electrician. I would definitely buy this again, but I would like more time to find longer screws. I doubly the holes have ever lined up on any of these. If it helps, I am a 56 year old female who does a lot of DIY. My electrician was very thorough, hung it, let me judge the height and then dud the permanent install. He said it was easy to wire. There is plenty of wire and chain to give you lots of height options. And it is so, so pretty. They include some very handy little gloves so you can put it together without getting fingerprints all over it.

We purchased two and couldn't be happier. We have one in the dining room and one in the breakfast area. We had an electrician install it for us and he was very impressed with the quality. He couldn't believe we purchased it from Amazon. The brightness is great, the assembly was time-consuming but very easy and the size works very well with our low ceilings.

I love this chandelier. Brings modern glam to my kitchen!

Ho comprato due di questi lampadari.. il montaggio è faticoso (4 ore per montare il primo)per chi come me non ha molta dimestichezza, ma già col secondo le cose sono andate meglio ed in due lo abbiamo montato in un'ora. Le istruzioni sono essenziali ma fanno capire come procedere. In ogni caso sono molto belli e sono consigliati per allestire un salone senza spendere tanto. Nella scatola ci sono anche due cristalli aggiuntivi e per noi sono stati utili visto che due sono risultati rotti o scheggiati. Contatteremo l'assistenza per chiedere il reintegro dei cristalli in modo da avere un eventuale ricambio.
