Great quality
I purchased this for my boyfriend to take on his snowmobile trip. We assembled everything before he left and tried it all out. Everything works great and compacts back into the case easily. The saw in the shovel is sharp and is good quality. 10/ 10 would recommend. Great idea for a gift for anyone who rides. Definitely helps me sleep knowing he is a bit safer on the mountain.

Dishonest company - Cuts corners every opportunity
Do not purchase anything from BCA. I ordered equipment from them on February 25 and paid for 2 day shipping. On March 3, the product had still not shipped, so I requested a refund. They told me that it wasn't their problem and because I already paid, they weren't going to do anything. Thankfully, I used my AMEX card, so I was able to dispute the charge. If you can't trust a company to complete a simple of a task as to ship something that a customer ordered, why would you trust the quality of the product that is designed to keep you safe?
