For the price, this is a good unit. I'm using it in my workshop where it will get a daily usage. The instructions are somewhat sparse. Getting the lockable detachable chest out from inside the unit is an absolute nightmare. The part to remove it, being inside the part you need to remove! Once assembled it is good value for the price, better if you can pick it up on a deal under the £90 mark. Id feel a little cheated had i paid much more. Capacity in drawers is good and they open well on decent runners.

I bought this tool chest and roll cab combination for my dad as a Christmas gift, and he couldn’t be happier with it! Perfect for keeping home garage tidy and everything to hand. Sturdy (but not as a professional tool chest) Holds a lot of tools and comes with drawer liners. Good value for money.

Very good but stupid idea to screw the box in the bottom with no instructions of how to get it out! You have to work out for yourself to unscrew the bottom to get the top part out. A good piece of kit though but annoying about the lack of instructions, must have wasted an hour trying to figure it out

Homcom is part of a family of brands by AOSOM. Other brands such as Outsunny are part of the family too. There is a theme with the products, in that their quality is just below the market leader, but is often less than half the price. This product is no different. Everything works as it should, but there were some imperfections in the metalwork. Some of the areas around the joints were out of shape and appeared slightly dented. On the whole, I have no complaints. I can use the product as intended and some damage resulting from use would be expected anyway. I just can’t give 5 stars for this reason. Worth the money I paid though.
