Clean my solar panels with this item. A ladder from ground was about 90% cleaner. Will try from top of roof and clean from top down, little easier to apply a lil more pressure

The Brush itself is decent, but everything else sucks. The instructions, the tubing, the connections (there's no connection for a water hose). It's all junk except for the brush. I haven't used it yet because I need to go buy a hose connection. 😡 I still haven't figured out how to use the connections/valve they provided. Probably be easier to cut off all of their hoses, throw them in the garbage and just use the brush and have a water hose sprayer in my other hand.

The item arrived on time and nicely packed. It was easy to assemble. The kit included fittings to attach to a “quick-release” style garden hose nozzle. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any of these and had to get a set ($7) from my local home center. I purchased it to clean roof mounted solar panels, and it worked well for that (as long as I was washing directly below the panel). With the pole fully extended, it is very difficult to control if you aren’t washing directly ahead (I was on a ladder, not on the roof). Leverage and gravity works against you when trying to wash “off to the side” if that makes sense. I was otherwise pleased, and will probably have other uses for it.

This product is horrible! It might work fine if you can get it together but I have put many things together and cannot even get this together enough to use it. There's no number you can call for help and when I go online I can't see anything that will help me because none of those products are the same. I was sick and out of town for a while and didn't get a chance to put it together right away. I guess I'm screwed. They tell you to put the hose through this handle but that I can't even get done. It just sticks in the tube and the directions are horrible and don't help at all. Never had such a hard time putting anything together. Don't expect to get replacement parts for this from this company, they don't have them. Don't buy it!!

As above, the brush works ok but the connection to the hose is terrible. The included parts will not connect to a standard garden hose (at least in the US). I went and bought a quick connect/disconnect set to to connect it, but even after that the connections they use a so flimsy it keep popping off. I gave up on the water connection about half way through and just sprayed the panels with the hose direct then scrubbed with the brush, then hosed off again at the end. I would not recommend this product.

Took forever to receive, kind of 6-8 mo, many parts missing, money was returned. Still looking for one with all parts and will work.

Fell apart in less than a year.
