It has a deep chocolate flavor and made very good frosting. We love the taste and the deep dark chocolate look. So far everything from Anthonys we have purchased has been very good quality.

Love love love this black cocoa powder! I made chocolate crinkle cookies with it and I loved the black color, they taste great too! You get a surprisingly large amount of cocoa powder in this bag! It’s super fine, not clumpy. Great value! This would be perfect for homemade Oreos too!

Wow, this stuff is good! I like oreo cookies so was interested in this type of powder since a pastry chef friend mentioned this is what you would use to make those type of cookies. I'm using it in a vegan coconut milk/cream pudding and love it. It is very rich and satisfying.

Smells and looks like Coco powder. Love the black cocoa it gives my cupcakes, a rich appearance. I love the taste of dark cocoa, and this has it.

If your looking for Oreo taste, this what you need. I just made a chocolate Oreo cake for my daughter’s birthday and mixing this into my buttercream was absolute perfection. That cake went so fast I had to fight to keep a piece for my daughter for the next day! The taste is rich and delicious without being chalky. It wasn’t lumpy or hard but had a nice smooth texture perfect for blending.

I’m really impressed with the quality of this cocoa powder. It has a deep, dark brown color and smells amazing! Whenever I bake chocolate treats, I add this to enhance the flavor and give the bake a rich, black finish. However, when I make chiffon cakes, the color turns out more dark brown than black because of the high egg content. The bag is a great value, too—it's quite large and will last me a long time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase!
