I bought this to replace beyond raw because citric acid is one of the main ingredients. This does a better job than beyond raw. I take 2 scoops 10 minutes before I workout. It kicks in during my jog before I work out. I feel a cleaner feeling when I workout compared to other pre-workouts. No citric acid(black mold) and unnecessary flavoring. Definitely will continue to buy this.

I’ve been using this brand of pre-workout for years and it’s consistently been one of my favorites. The flavor is good without being overly acidic, and it provides a solid amount of caffeine for energy without feeling overwhelming. One thing I like is that it doesn’t include creatine, so I add my own 5g serving depending on my goals for energy and recovery. Amazing product! I have used many preworkouts in the past and find that this one has a great amount of tingling from the beta alanine but not an extreme amount where I feel like I’m going to rip my face off. Also, instead of feeling like I’m on a coke high from the caffeine, it’s a steady boost of energy that stays level throughout my workout. I don’t feel jittery afterwards or during and feel 100% focused throughout my entire workout which is huge for me. It is suggested to take 1 scoop to see where your tolerance is and I take about a scoop and a half. For the price, this is an awesome product and would absolutely recommend for anyone that likes to have that boost of endurance throughout a hard cardio session like I use it for. The flavor of this product (cherry limeade) is actually pretty decent. Has a weird after taste from the parm aspect of it, but for a preworkout im not expecting something that tastes completely amazing. I have had much much worse tasting preworkouts so I actually find this one quite tolerable.

Solubility - 5/5: I use this powder with BodyArmor Lyte drinks so the fluid is already saturated so two scoops in 22 fl. oz. will result in some residual powder on the bottom. I have not see or experienced the powder clumping together. The sodium, potassium, and calcium in the product are great adds as they are needed for neuron signaling so I know that I don't have to use sports drinks to mix with, but it's just a preference. Taste - 3/5: It doesn't really taste great. Without knowing the flavor I can guess the general genre of flavor (i.e. fruity, maybe citrus flavor) but not the actual flavor. This is subjective as y'all might have better sense of taste than I do. The taste overall is less fruit and more chemical like which isn't what I was hoping for. Ingredients - 5/5: I have taken several pre-workout supplements. I do feel some of the ingredient effects even with my built up tolerance. When reviewing the list, it has a great distribution of their ingredients based on the research papers that I've read so far. This was just as important as the taste factor as I don't want unnecessary heavy metals in my drinks. Overall - 4/5: I like this product, it could improve the taste and it already uses stevia which I prefer over other sweeteners. It does help me with my workouts without overstimulation. I recommend reading the research papers that they included and is a positive sign of their confidence in their product.

I was using a different pre workout and it’s been sold out for a while now so I figured I’d give this one a try. Ive tried the fruit punch flavor, which tasted more like peaches and mango. The cherry limeade is my second one to try and omg the cherry flavoring isn’t good and it’s very over powering for me. Dissolves fully and quickly, no powder or chalky feel when drinking it. As far as the product its self, it works ok. I don’t like that it’s only 20 servings and especially for the price I feel like 20 servings isn’t worth it. Hoping my other one comes back in stock soon.
