Artis 1500VA Line Interactive UPS for Personal Computers, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Routers, Networking Devices and Gaming Consoles

I was not sure if I should get this UPS as I never heard of the company Artis. I have a gaming PC and wanted to get a UPS to provide me backup of at least 5-10 minutes so I would be safely able to save my work and shut down the PC.My gaming PC draws a load of roughly 600-650W when running a latest game. If a power cut happens during that time then I would need a UPS which can handle at least that much load for a few minutes.So far this UPS has performed really well and given me backup when needed. It also doesn't make any noise and operates very quietly which is a plus.I also registered my UPS on Artis website for additional 4 months of warranty, you should do the same.Now, how long will the UPS last and how well will be the service when I need the battery replaced needs to be seen.If any issues happen with the UPS, I will edit this review and inform everyone of what issue happened and when. If there are no edits on this review when you're reading it then it means that this UPS has been working well since June 2024.

I'm giving this review after 1 year of use.The product is very good and the power back is also good.I have 650 watts PSU and this UPS gives me 1 hour of backup while using Photoshop and some other minimal task.Just go for it.

BEWARE!!!It works flawlessly and does it's job well,if you are concerned about sound levels,BEWARE!!!! it makes a lot of noise when it's on battery mode,other than that it's amazing,BEWARE!!!I have a pc with a 750 watt psu and it gives me enough time to comfortably turn my pc off.

It is good and powerful but there is fan noise even when there is continuous power supply. I thought it had to do with battery charging but noise continued post 48 hours even when nothing is connected to UPS.

It gives backup for 45 minutes very easily

Im having a high end gaming rig & my specs are as follows:Core i9 14900k processorRtx 4080 super 16gb ddr6 graphic card32gb ddr5 ram crucialGigabyte b760m mobo1tb crucial ssd & a 2tb external ssd(sandisk)Antec dflux 600 case with 5 argb case fansAnt esports aio cooler argb 360mm with 3 fansA usb speaker (basic one)Acer1080p Fhd monitor 23 watts (will be upgrading soon to 2k-4k)PSU Msi mag a850 gl (850w psu)I played cyberpunk 2077:phantom liberty with every settings cranked up to ultra in fhd(1080p), with ray tracing & path tracing on & I tested this UPS by switching the mains off , it gave me a backup of nearly 1-2 mins to exit the game & safely shut down my pc.I was searching for a budget friendly UPS for my high end gaming rig & I found this on Amazon, although it’s just a day with this ups , I initially charged for 6hrs according to the manual & I got 1-2mins backup to safely exit & shut down my pc , I don’t know if it will work in long term or not , will update accordingly after some days.Moreover I saw many reviews regarding fan noise, clicking sound, etc. till now I didn’t got any of these issues while charging or discharging.I’m having an inverter with ups mode too but it’s not working with my gaming rig & it reboots under heavy load.One more thing I need to clarify, while buying a ups for your system please look for the wattage of your psu & the ups you are gonna buy.1500va ups : 1500 * 0.6(common Efficiency factor of every ups) = 900wSo calculate accordingly & it should match with the wattage of your psu or above that, it shouldn’t be lower than the wattage of your psu.So if you want to buy this, and u just need a brief amount of time to safely shut down your pc without a long backup & within your budget , this ups does its job very well as of now without any sudden reboot or shutdown , although if backup is your priority go for an online pure sinewave ups which is way more costly than this.

Working well for the last year or so. The starting beep is too loud though. Body looks light plastic, not great.
