LOVE THESE PANELS
I am reviewing the latest solar panel I purchased, but I do own a lot of them now. I have been purchasing these for over a year I think. I have eight of them, and I bought four additional panels for my son's set up. I love these! I just love them. I have to say they are pricey but I have bought other suit case panels and rigid panels and they overall do not compare. The suitcase panels are cumbersome for me as I am 68 year old woman who is physically active and healthy but I do not like wrestling with the flopping around of the suitcase style panels. The BougeRV flexible panels are just that, flexible. When I want to move them, which I have a few times, I just roll them up and wrap a piece of velcro strap to secure the panel and off I go. They have been on the roof which is the best place for where I live as I do not have much yard space. I took them down because of the wind and I do not want to permanently install. They are very thin so I made simple frames and screwed them on the frame and currently lined up in the back of my place leaning against a block wall. Now as far as quality, if you haven't seen YT Hobo Tech, he does a good review. I have not tested these as extensively has he did. I can say they have held up really nicely due to the wind. They have scratches which hasn't created problems. Like all solar panels they will only produce so much power. Mine are 200w panels and I get about 100w plus. During the peak of the day I get over 400w out of the 800w set feeding my Bluetti. The other four panels are feeding other power stations. I know I could get more but I do not go out and adjust them except during the winter months once in a while I will try to direct them to the low sun and to get a little more out of them. Pricey yes, durable yes. I am actually totally sold on these. I plan on moving sometime this year so I may be buying more later on to feed my addiction to solar LOL.

Surprisingly solid panel—perfect for my camper setup
Picked up the BougeRV 200W CIGS panel for my camper van, and it’s been a solid upgrade. Mine came with the predrilled holes (not the peel-and-stick version), which actually worked out better for my mounting setup. I bolted it straight onto my roof rack with no issues. So far, it’s been performing really well—even during cloudy days or when part of the panel is shaded, I’m still seeing a decent charge coming through. That’s been the biggest difference compared to my old mono panel, which would drop to almost nothing if even a corner was shaded. The panel is super light and flexible, but it still feels durable. I like that it’s low profile and doesn’t stick out visually or add much weight. It’s handled highway driving and some light rain with no problem. Overall, very happy with it. Definitely not the cheapest panel out there, but the efficiency and shade tolerance make it worth the extra cost. Would recommend for vanlife, RVs, or anyone trying to keep a stealthy or lightweight solar setup.

Renogy 40a mppt was good. Now a third and 600W in a duffle bag. Hard to beat really
I now have bought a third panel. Keeps 305ah of agm topped up while running entertainment, starlink gen3 etc. the flexibility has been extremely helpful with pvc, zip ties, and bungee cords have survived extremely high winds at glacier np ********************** I have now seen 316w out of the pair so upgraded to 4 stars. Will see after the rv season is done. *********************** I have a 40a renogy mppt controller. Also the bluetooth set up. I have always seen acceptable voltage on this panel and the one my wife bought. I have never seen the wattage we bought. We should have ~200w out of each panel. I upgraded from 2 great producing renogy 100w panels that each over performed. This seems at best currently a pricey ($800 for two panels on two accounts in a lightning deal) "trickle"charger. Whats up with the issues of renogy mppt not getting the juice. I've got some 8g and 10g hook up cables that i use to deploy when needed and the flexibility and durability were the draw for me but in 3 outings I've never got good solar watts in parallel or serial deployment

Received delaminated panel inside clean box — huge disappointment
I ordered this Yuma 200W CIGS panel with high expectations. But when I opened the box, I was shocked to see that the panel was already delaminated and visibly damaged — despite the box showing no signs of impact or rough handling. It honestly looked like the damage was already present before shipping, which makes me question the quality control at BougeRV. This product is marketed as “ultra-flexible” and “durable under harsh conditions”, yet it fell apart before even being used. I didn’t even try to test it — it was that bad. I returned it immediately. This was supposed to be a premium product. Instead, I got something that looked like a rejected unit or previously mishandled item. It’s hard to trust a brand after something like this — especially since this is not my first issue with BougeRV. Photos speak for themselves.

Grommets need addressed
I recently received these to install on my camper van for overlanding and charging my Bluetti batteries. I use the same stainless steel bolts, washers, and lock nuts with another brand of solar panels to secure magnets for mounting. It's disappointing that the grommet fell out before I even had a chance to use them. Panels themselves are great.
