I originally had a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 42mm Bluetooth/LTE from Best Buy that was an open box for over $300 at the time. I happened to be looking for a smartwatch for my girlfriend when I came across this amazon renewed Galaxy Watch 5 Pro for a fraction of the price (under $100). For that price, I decided to get it. The condition was described as excellent. I guess theres one higher rated condition they label as pristine. I was a little skeptical, but when I got it, I was really impressed. It looked as if it was refurbished to new condition. There were no signs of scratches or wear. I put a screen protector on, charged it, powered it on and went through the setup process using a backup of my other watch. It transfered most of my settings and data over but I had to tweak the layout of my tiles and watch face to make it the familiar look and feel of my old watch. The charger that came with it is a 3rd party unfortunately, but I have an OEM Samsung charger so that doesn't bother me too much. I do suggest you spend the extra money to get an official charger or for a few bucks more, a quick charger as I have not found a 3rd party charger that charges as fast as a Samsung one. Also note that during the setup, you will drain quite a bit of battery. I went through about 40% during my setup. After I went to bed and woke up with still having a significant amount of battery life. With some proper settings, you can expect to see a full day or 2 before charging it. This watch is a little heavier than my old one, but is also a little bigger and has a larger battery, so that's expected. I smacked my old watch on many things and expect this watch to be just as durable, especially with the thick frame it has. It connected to my phone seamlessly and was able to disconnect and reconnect without any issues. I tested the speaker, screen, microphone, buttons, Bluetooth connection, and charging without any issues. I didn't test the water resistance. I did purchase a 3 year wearable protection plan for this watch just in case something were to happen, but the durability of these watches, I don't expect to ever use it. Hope this review helps you.

The watch came in non-original packaging, just a white box containing the watch and charging base. I recharged the battery and set it up very easily using an S24+. A software update was required. I have been using it for a month, the watch works well, the battery has lasted two days. Connectivity is good, notifications work well. The strap is comfortable, but the fact that it doesn't open completely can make it difficult to use some types of chargers. It's a big watch, so be aware of that. Despite its size, it's not uncomfortable to wear. It's a nice looking watch, and it appears to be durable, the metal case looks very sturdy. The health mapping features are very interesting. I recommend purchasing it, it's a good choice.

The watch arrived in good condition, but didn't fully meet the "Excellent Conditions" headline due to scratches on the charging glass from prior intensive use. The watch band was new, and the watch works well. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

Been very happy with all the Renewed products purchased, this one is near the top of the list. A little finish wear but otherwise no difference between this and a factory new watch. The raised bezel helps protect the screen. Since it came with a little wear, the first time it got banged on a hard surface, there wasn't any crying about a tiny scratch on the frame. Battery life is significantly better than a standard Watch 5 that this replaced. Charges quickly and can run 3 days (typically) on a full charge, maybe longer if you manage use.

Got here quick. My husband loves the color as his favorite color is green and black fits great. He was so excited when he put it on. This is his first day wearing it

Awesome watch compared to other brands plus the price is amazing. If you have a samsung phone or ear buds, it's a seamless sync. Plenty of features for such a low price. Suunto, not so much.

Still the best cellular watch in 2025. Same performance and better battery life than Galaxy Watch Ultra and Apple Watch Ultra 2.
