I am not sure why there were so may negative reviews because the pot I received is just as advertised. Yes it ‘leaks’ when you pour but it’s not a leak rather the condensation on the top pot from the bottom pot that just heated the water. Rinsing and drying daily while cleaning often is helpful and will ensure the pot does not rust. The pot I received was of good quality, easy to use and very much functional for its intended use.

Sleek stainless steel double pot with a beautiful red resin handle. The strainer works well to hold back even cut leaf tea. Making the tea is simple; boil water in the lower vessel and then pour on tea in the top vessel. Keep the concentrate warm over the double boiler and dilute a cup with the water in the lower pot. The value is very good as this is a good looking Turkish teapot and just the right size for a small family. It's easy to clean out the top pot and strainer. The stainless steel should hold up well for a long time.

It was packaged so carelessly and poorly that while opening it, we hoped the product inside would surprise us in a good way. However, when we opened it, what we saw was even worse than the box. The product had scratches, and there were sharp, protruding parts at the water outlet that could injure someone. Combined with the overall poor quality, we were extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend it definitely do not buy it. I’m honestly ashamed that a Turkish manufacturer would sell such a product abroad at this price.

Not sure how it would actually perform, but it arrived wrapped up very well in the merchant's box, but, once unwrapped, the handles were chipped and scuffed, the interior of the teapots were discolored and poorly machined, and the lid did not fit properly. All quality control issues. Which suggests this would have performed poorly, given they can't even get the production right and they let it leave in such a condition. God bless Amazon's return policy when it comes to such garbage as this. Avoid.
