soft and fluffy
Best biscuit mix on the market. This is the type of mix restaurants use it has the baking powder and shortening added. They just add buttermilk. biscuits come out perfect every time.

first time trying this product, I don't yet trust my ability to make perfect biscuits from scratch, and didn't want to rely on any mix that wasn't the absolute best. Did my research and found this brand, made biscuits at home for the first time ever. They weren't the prettiest but the taste was far better than anything I could have prepared myself. Very happy with this mix. Will absolutely purchase again. This price is a bit expensive for the amount of mix you get, but I was in a hurry and wanted something delivered quickly. You can absolutely find this product for a less expensive price on Amazon or elsewhere online.

Very messy dough. Rather use my own self rising flour. And the biscuits are dry

Crazy expensive
First, it was my mistake to not look closely at the weight of the package. I thought I was ordering like 5 lbs for $7. Expensive over the grocery store price but I do like this brand. When it arrived today I could kick myself for spending over $7 on 7 ounces of mix. I don't think that will even make 1 batch of biscuits. I will go back to flour, baking powder and buttermilk!
