If you're on the fence, don't be. This is a fantastic, no-nonsense organizer. Assembly is a Breeze (Literally 4 Minutes!) I had this unboxed and fully installed on my door—with my steam iron and ironing board hanging on it—in literally four minutes. I didn't even glance at the instructions. It’s completely intuitive. I hand-screwed the lower hooks into the base first. I hung my ironing board (which has a half-moon style bar) to see if I preferred the hooks straight down or wide. Once I confirmed the best position, I used the included tool to tighten them down. Frankly, it makes perfect sense that this requires assembly. Shipping it pre-assembled would just be asking for it to arrive bent or damaged. This method is smart and ensures it arrives in perfect condition. Sturdy and Functional This holder is solid. My ironing board is particularly heavy, and this organizer holds it without any sign of strain. The steel construction feels durable and built to last. A Note on Sizing (To Help Others): I saw some complaints about the over-the-door hook not fitting "solid" interior doors or the iron sitting too close to the door. Door Fit: The specifications are clearly listed in the product description. I measured my door before ordering, and it fits perfectly, just as expected. I'd recommend others do the same. Iron Space: I also noticed some review photos where the iron looked very close to the door. I have a standard-sized iron, and it fits in the basket with plenty of clearance. This over-the-door hanger can be put together in a few different ways. The directions weren't very helpful but I figured it out. I like the larger size basket for the iron with enough space for a water spray bottle. It's not very heavy and does shift a little when I take the board off it but it works for my space, so I am good with it.

This is easy to install over the door and is well made. There is enough room where the iron sits to have the cord wound beside it. The white shade is nice too, more of a cream or ivory instead of stark white
