I bought this for my Aunt. She said this brought back so many memories of when she was younger. She said it tasted perfect.

I had been craving buckwheat pancakes for awhile and because so few restaurants around here make buckwheat pancakes decided to try these and I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to make and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend that you try this brand.

Just a simple, great product. Buckwheat is a little more nutrient-dense, with more fiber, than traditional pancake and waffle flour, but one needs to be ready for the sharper taste!

I was so happy to find buckwheat mix. I love buckwheat pancakes and haven't had them for years. They are higher in protein than regular flour. And I know Bob's Red Mill sells healthy grains, so I knew it was reliable. The only thing is that I remember the buckwheat taste being stronger when I ate buckwheat pancakes in my younger days. I just don't know if it is the wheat itself or if my tastebuds lost some taste

Buckwheat pancakes are thinner than regular pancakes, but taste great even with just fruit on them (no syrup). Bob's Red Mill is an excellent product.
