Is it just the bag or does the towel come with it aswell?

There is no towel. It is an inflatable pillow inside a towelling cover with a strap to go around your towel to keep your towel in place. I would not be without mine

Is it possible to get a replacement inner pillow. Mine seems to deflate quickly.

We had same problem...so ordered just a normal inflatable travel pillow...this works fine.

can you buy spare insides? because they supplied me one that leaks, returns cost same as pillow

what size is this pillow ?

this pillow is approximately 30cm x 10 cm. you can inflate this as you like. I have used mine for the last 4 years and would not go on holiday without it
