No cramps, just relief!
When I had knee surgery, the doctor had me on the Senokot-S while I was taking pain meds. It works great and I have continued using it when needed. No cramps. Works overnight for relief.

Better than Colace
Using this product while taking opoids post spine surgery. During past surgeries, I used stool softeners (Colace) which were not effective. I've been taking 2 or these morning and night (or the Senokot (no S)) and have had great results this time around. Would recommend this to other post surgery sufferers however I think the Senokot without the S worked slight better but both were much better than Colace.
