Easy to install and easy to use but quite heavy don’t use on bare skin as you may bruise

Very heavy
Found this too heavy so I have bought a lighter one and hopefully can soon work up to using this one. It is much more stronger and not as flimsy as the lighter weight one and I look forward to using it soon

Easy to assemble and right for exercise
The hoop is really easy to assemble and disassemble. It comes with a bag to store it away. It's an exercise hoop of about 1 kg weight and the foam makes it comfortable to use.The description says "For adults and kids", but it's definitely not for kids as the diameter is quite large and it's possibly too heavy for kids. In the description, there is a picture of a girl with a smaller hoop, so maybe check for the same brand but a smaller diameter.

It’s very easy to assemble. Good quality. Easy storage and transportable in its own bag. Good exercise. Can use in or outdoors.
