How do you pair it with your phone? Bluetooth button does nothing but turn it off and on if held for a long time.

Can I make a call from this headset?

As long as you’re headset is connected you can make the call from your phone and talk via the headset. There is no way to call directly through the headset.

Do u get a decent amount of volume with these earbuds? I have had a couple sets that were useless in a noisy environment.

I use these while walking. They are fine until a car goes by and the road noise lessens the volume, but that can be easily corrected with the volume controls on the earbuds. They are not noise-canceling earbuds, but I think they are loud enough, for example, in a factory, but there are also limits. You wouldn't be happy on the tarmac with a 747. I have been happy with these.
