I was surprised by the high quality of this leash. The material feels sturdy, and the retractable mechanism works very well. It extends and retracts smoothly, making walks with my dog ​​much more comfortable. The handle is comfortable to hold and lightweight, so it doesn't tire out my hand even during long walks. The 16-foot length gives my dog ​​plenty of room to move around and explore, while still allowing me to easily maintain control whenever necessary. So far, it has worked perfectly and seems durable. It was definitely a great purchase, and I would buy it again. 🐕✨

Nice leash, easy to use great length if you’re not worried about training your dog to walk beside you. Great for a curious pup who can explore on walks. Retracting the leash is like fishing lol there has to be a bit of slack for it to pull in. I dropped it after having it for about 6 months, still works great but the button gets stuck sometimes.

This is not a good/reliable dog leash. In less than a few weeks, the leash is stuck, will not retract.

I’ve ordered a lot of products through Amazon. Most have been excellent. But sometimes, there’s the occasional order that is so bad that I’d much rather eat the money I lost than to send it back just so it can be shipped out to someone else. This is one of those cases. I have 3 dogs that I absolutely adore. So when I order something for one of them, my OCHD goes into OD & I will research for days before picking the absolute best one. So when I saw this enrgticdg 16Ft Retractable Dog Leash, it had everything that I was looking for. My girl Ali is afraid of everything. Including my current extra large retractable dog leash. From what I could tell on the product page, there were 2 sizes, 1 smaller than the other. There’s even this gorgeous little girl holding it so I know it’s small enough so Ali‘s not gonna be afraid of it. It’s also 16 feet long so she’s not tethered to my waist. But when I got it, so many things were wrong. I’m unable to write about the first thing due to “community guidelines” but let’s just say I knew there was something wrong as soon as I laid my eyes on it. Two, it was Used. I’m talking dirty, scratchy, just nasty Used. But the best part was there’s no actual leash on it. It was broken off, torn out, not really sure. But it wasn’t there. It’s a blue piece of plastic with a button on it. And not even the right piece of plastic. It was supposed to be white and turquoise. The one I got is a navy blue flexi® that I had never seen. When I looked it up, it says that they are, “The most reliable retractable leash in the world.” But by the looks of this leash that I received, I would strongly have to disagree. It literally looks like it’s been run through a trash compactor after being run over and dragged by a dump truck & then found its way to me. Yay! I contacted customer service &, of course, this amazingly sweet customer service rep calls me back who is apologizing for everything that’s gone wrong when none it was Amazon‘s fault. I ended it with the, “haha I told you” speech from my family. From now on, I’ll definitely do alot less researching & just go with a brand I know. Would in no way reorder. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not even regift. This is going straight on the trash train express. Toot Toot!! 1 Star★✰✰✰✰

Works perfectly for a cat, I recommend that dog owners to never use these for their dogs because it’s harder to control dogs on these but you guys do what you will with that info. This retractable leash is easy to use and durable perfect for cats.

Very easy to order and it arrived quickly. Product was as it appeared to be in photo . I have used it about a month and it feels well made so it looks like it will last me awhile. I'm very happy.

We have 4 terriers that are all rescue dogs. Two of them came from a hoarding situation and had never been on leash or outside of their crates. We like to let them explore a bit while they are learning how to enjoy a walk but it is critical that we can lock the leash securely immediately and then release it without fiddling. This leash tends to jam due to the locking button design / poor manufacturing of it. A few seconds fiddling with the button to unlock it can mean a big tangle of crazy puppies that become hard to control... I wish we had returned this right away and gone back to a TUG or similiar with a much better lock. But, I fell for a "flash sale" and figured I couldnt go to far wrong for $10 bucks... oops! Still using it for the moment because I have not gotten around to replace it... Overall, this is an average $10 retractable leash.
