My 3 year old granddaughter loves this phone could do with a volume control but it’s not very loud … may be a good thing !

Excellent toy
Excellent quality overall. My toddler loves playing with this. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Low volume, strong and educative
It’s true the volume is low but it’s better for the other people around it’s very strong and keep them busy for a while as they like the little screen with numbers, letters, pictures, songs and questions

Bought two of those one for each child. They are fun but the volume is so quiet you can barely hear them.

Very quiet and terrible customer service
Got this product for my grandson for Christmas, it is so quiet it is unusable. I have tried to return th product which was at a cost to me and it was returned to me undelivered as no answer from address posted to. I mentioned this to customer service from toy monster who gave me a freepost address, it is turning out to be a lot of hassle. Amazon also declined my refund, would not recommend buying product or using this company.
