Grumpy and sunshine
Everything about this book was pure perfection. The spice, the story, the humour, the scowl. I just loved Cade and Willa and little Luke too!

A Chestnut Springs hit
Heartless 💘 Book two in the Chestnut Springs series—and just as fluffy and delightful as the first!I’ve found this series incredibly easy to read. It strikes a great balance between plot and romance, with a good measure of spice thrown in. Perfect when you're in the mood for something light and not overly complicated.Heartless follows Cade, a single dad running a ranch, who’s in search of a nanny for his adorable 5-year-old. Enter Willa. What unfolds is a swoony romance with an age gap, a grumpy single father nursing old wounds, and a wild, energetic nanny who shakes things up. There are twists, turns, and plenty of heart along the way 💫Another delightful Elsie Silver read 💕

THIS BOOK!!!
“It’s two people who were both a little lost until they ended up on the same path and walked together for a while.”THIS BOOK!!! From the first few pages, I was completely hooked and enamoured. I’m mad at myself for not having read it sooner.🩵Small Town🩵Single Dad x Nanny🩵Age gap🩵Grumpy x Sunshine🩵Forced ProximitySome of my absolute favourite tropes done to perfection. This book did not miss a beat. It had me blushing, swooning, giggling, laughing out loud, squealing, and tearing up. An all-around fantastic read. Kudos to you, Ms. Silver🩵Willa. I want to be her when I grow up (even though she’s younger than me🙈). I LOVE LOVE LOVE her, and she’s instantly become one of my top favourite FMCs. I simply adored every facet of her character. Her relationship with Luke, the sweetest and cutest little boy, was such a highlight of the story🩵Cade. Daddy Cade, indeed😮💨. This man is top tier. Grumpy and sweet. Possessive and protective. And, one hell of a dirty talker. On top of that, he’s such a great dad to Luke and I loved their relationship. Will and Cade together are everything. From their first meeting, I knew they were going to serve. And, boy, did they serve with the most delectable slow burn. Their chemistry was fire. The tension was palpable. Loved the banter between them. The spice was off the charts. These two completed each other so well and I could happily keep reading about them. Finally, I have to mention the rest of the Eaton clan. Any moments with them was such a delight.Once I got to the end, I immediately wanted to read it again. Heartless is not only one of my favourite books this year, it’s an all-time favourite. Many rereads in the cards for this one 🩵“You want me, Willa?”“Yes.”“Good. Because I’m sick of holding back with you. You’re not going anywhere. You belong here, with me.”

He may look like he has a hard exterior but there is nothing but love and a true carer on the inside.
When it comes to Willa and Cade, I’m wholeheartedly in love with them. This was such a cute adorable read filled with so many funny and wholesome moments, where I went from wanting to cry to laughing hard because of some joke Harvey made… he really blew that lawn out. Iykyk :)In beginning we meet this grumpy dude who just comes across as someone who can even take a joke. We soon find out that underneath that grumpy façade there is an insecure man who has trust issues. Some may say that’s he’s heartless but he’s the most caring father and would sacrifice anything to take care of his family.Willa is a young woman who lives her life by going with the flow and following opportunities that arise. She’s unsure about her future and doesn’t really know where she stands. I would say she’s definitely insecure herself too, because she doesn’t take compliments well and sees herself differently from how others see her. —“This man, who mere months ago seemed so cold and unhappy, has turned my world upside down and made me value my life differently. In a simpler way, a quieter way. A way that fits me rather than everyone else around me.But more than that, he gave me a sense of satisfaction in myself that I have never experienced. A sense of pride and belonging that I never saw until he opened my eyes and showed me.”— So, when the opportunity comes to be a nanny for her best friend’s fiancé’s brother’s son, she takes it. It’s a rocky start at first, between Cade and Willa, but soon after you see the chemistry bloom. Willa instantly falls in love with Luke (and so do I), he’s the cutest, most adorable, heart melting little boy. You’ll be laughing at some of the things he says but crying at how vulnerable he can be. Willa and Luke’s relationship forms for the get-go, they’re instant best friends and seeing Luke’s love for Willa is so lovely, because he finally gets the love he’s been craving from a motherly figure from Willa.I loved the dynamics here and story arc of the nanny falling for child’s father. It’s a classic but something that is looked over a lot and I think Elsie Silver brought it back into the light with ‘Heartless’. There was a lot of character development for Willa and Cade, they both grew into better people being around one another. The ending was so lovely, I love that they finally got their little family. The pregnancy arc worked so well. I really enjoyed this book and Chestnut Springs is quickly becoming one of my favourite series!

A fiery red head and slightly grumpy rancher
I'm giving this a 4.75⭐ & 3.5🌶. Well miss willa comes with a bang 😁. This book was so much fun to read and I enjoyed it very much. The fmc comes to the ranch to help out the mmc with his son at first he is unsure about her but he see that his son has took an instant liking to her so a summer of fun it is 😉. The fmc is a bit unsure in just where her place is in life but you feel as soon she steps into the ranch that there is where she belong. The mmc has been burnt in the past and is very slow open up to people but he all for his son and the fmc does remind him that life can be had along with life he has got. But when those 2 do get to each other better it's funny, a lot of fun and at times very very HOT 🔥. I can't wait to read book 3.

Hat backward? Game on. It’s like a switch.
Silver had me at "Cowboy porn with a frown." I am hot and so bothered. It's single dad my go to trope? No. It's age gap? Not particularly. Was Cade my least favourite of the Chestnut Springs boys? Yes, but damn if he didn't just turn my brain to mush and got me all confused now. My heart still belongs to Beau and my soul to Jasper, so what does this mean? My body craves Cade. Yup, I think that's it. OMG his filthy mouth, his dirty talk. Yes, daddy Cade 🤤Willa is a compelling lucky psycho, I love her. I much prefer her as an MMC to Summer. Sorry, Summer. And Luke, precious little thing, he's so cute. I really liked Flawless, but I adored Heartless. Honestly, I am still reeling, it was just so damn good. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.

I loved Daddy Cade and Willa
I have to say, I loved this book so much. I loved it more than the first one. Daddy Cade is one hell of a grumpy male.By chance, Willa becomes a nanny for Cade's adorable boy. She is sexy, fun and so sweet. From the moment she started taking care of Luke, the relationship between them was instant. She treated him like a grown up, not like a baby. When it came to Cade and Willa as a couple, it took them a while to get together. The one at fault was definitely Cade. He felt the strong sparks flowing around him and Willa, but refused to do anything about it. Because, after all, she was his nanny and he thought the age-gap was too big. In the end, he couldn't resist her. From this moment on, they finally understood they belonged together. Will finally finds somewhere where she belongs. She was loved and cherished by the men in her life.I loved their love scenes. They were even hotter than in "Flawless". The smut, the kink, the passion - everything was at the perfect level. The spice was everything. Daddy Cade is quite a dirty talker - and I loved him for it 🥵.Overall, I loved Willa and Cade's story and I can't wait to read the next one within the series ♥️.

Small Town, Spicy Single Dad/Nanny Romance Perfection
“I know in my bones that I won’t want to let you go at the end of the summer, but I’ll take what I can get. Because you’re too ___ special to pass up.”Whew! Elsie Silver can write a book with all the things! This single dad/nanny, grumpy x sunshine story was PERFECTION! It was HOT, steamy, humorous, and heart-felt! It was a small town romance & then some! It’s worth a million ⭐️s!Cade Eaton is a grumpy, over-protective dad looking for someone to care for his son, Luke, over the summer so he can care for his family ranch. He is picky and needs a nanny that will focus on Luke and isn’t trying to apply for the job of his wife. Enter Willa. The much younger Willa was personally vetted by Summer, Cade’s soon to be sister-in-law. She is certain Willa and Cade will hate each other enough to avoid complications. Willa is a fiery, ball-busting, mouthy red head and Cade has quite the mouth himself 🥵😉… which is how these two eventually combust into a spicy, romantic mess of feelings and more!I loved everything about Cade and Willa’s relationship! Their banter was second to none with Willa goading Cade is so many ways! Watching the “always in control” cowboy lose it had me laughing and smiling from start to finish! Her ability to bring out the fun and fire in him was heartwarming & the way he cared for her had me melting all over the page! But, my favorite thing about Elsie’s books is the way she makes it a robust, well rounded love story! Willa’s care and love for Luke grows exponentially and their relationship is so very special. Her ferocity to protect him and show him he can depend on her becomes unbreakable, making Cade fall more deeply in love…realizing he may not be heartless after all.Heartless is a HOT, heart-felt, small-town, grumpy x sunshine, nanny/single dad, age gap romance and SO MUCH MORE! The Eaton boys are absolutely some of my favorites to watch fall in love and Elsie writes their women with such perfection! The family dynamic of the Eaton boys (and Jasper) is something I look forward to reading with much anticipation! Can’t wait to see how the next story plays out!

Daddy Cade and Red are my new favorite
Cade really broke my heart with his insecurities I kept telling him through the book you did good you deserve better 🥹 till the ends he still doubting if he deserve to be happy ; I wanted to hug him so bad. His dirty talk wasn't expected to be honest 🤣 he's hot and irresistible, every time he says "woman" it does something weird to me🤰.Willa was relatable af with her insecurities and unplanned future, she's funny and steaming hot. Every time Cade push her away I felt heartache for her.Rhett was fun I might read his book but I don't think I enjoyed the other characters peeking that much like how much they talk about Jasper every time he's around.Luke is so adorable I loved him too he broke my heart when he asked about what his baby sister will call Willa ! 😭

Super consigliato!
