three weeks and rusting
the hardware is heavy duty works well. looks good too. after three weeks there is rust forming on the black screw heads (latch portion).

So Far So Good, But Should've Gotten The 18-Inch One Instead of 12
So far so good. We installed it, and 3 months later it's still working fine. Some rusts already developing. In retrospect, we should've gotten the 18-inch one instead of the 12-inch but we wanted the cheapest available. At least it came with sturdy screws.

Just what I needed
My Tuff Shed has a pretty heavy door that just would not stay open, found this item on Amazon, easy to install and works perfect.....
