Work4U180 Angle Adjustable and Portable Book Stand Document Holder Book Rest, Green

I’m in law school and all of my casebooks are big, heavy, 1000+ page volumes. I read so many pages a night that my neck started to hurt from looking down — I bought this stand to prop up my heavy books for me so I could read and take notes at the same time. I love it! Right now, I’m reading page 100, so there are 100 pages on one side of the stand and about 1200 on the other, and this stand still stays even! I love the page clips, and this stand is so lightweight that I can also throw it in my backpack and take it to the library with me no problem.

Our children recently started piano lessons and practice at home using a portable keyboard. I kept finding my kitchen recipe holder missing, as they were borrowing it to practice piano. However, due to the shape, they were unable to read the last line of music when using it, and I was annoyed to find my recipes scattered across the kitchen counters. This little book holder was a perfect solution for all of us! The clips hold the music in place nicely (though they are not clear) and are adjustable from one sheet of music to an entire book. It is very sturdy and folds up nicely for storage. It can be tilted to the a variety of positions, for the user's preference. It's a fun color so it does not get lost easily as it is moved about the house. We are very pleased with the purchase and it was a good buy for the price.

So, the prongs that hold the book in place? They're not clear. The reason I choose this book stand over the others? The clear prongs.Other than that, it holds books well. I like the curved design, as books sit in it quite well. And the prongs don't snap into place against the book, so you can leave them loose so it's easy to turn the pages.But, the product photos weren't accurate, so I didn't know exactly what I was buying. So two stars.

I use my stand to hold up my quilting patterns, especially when I am at my cutting table. This helps me see the cutting instructions and keeps the pattern off the table and gives me more space. Also helps me not lose my pattern on stacks of fabric. I always know where it is. Angle is adjustable and there are two adjustable arms in the front to accommodate different thicknesses of what you are holding up and open.

The bottom front of this holder is an issue as when you open up a Bible and put it on this holder the two plastic cords make it difficult for the Bible to stay on the stand. The bottom of this need's to be deeper to handle larger books like a Bible

Whishaw I could fold it in for better storage (my beagle likes to get into random things and is fat so I'm afraid he'll break it) so it stays on the bed where he can't get it. But now reading in bed with my book light is much easier and on not blinding my fiance.

This book stand works great for hardback books. It does not work well for paper backs. If you are near the beginning or near the end of a book it doesn't hold it down flat, it curves up and makes it difficult to read.

Overall I am happy with it. My only disappointment was it does not completely fold flat. The bottom part where the book site does not fold in, so it sound fit easily in my purse or tote bag.

Unlike other users, I was not looking for a cookery book stand, I just wanted something to hold my books in view whilst I used my computer. One feature which drew me to this stand was the fact that it was molded with a cut back so as to take the spine of a book which does allow the books to be flatter in the center. I like it, and it was a good price. Well recommended..

I love reading whilst eating so this item has made life so much easier without having to prop books up on a vase or similar. It holds books of many sizes and thicknesses, even my Kindle, and is very stable. Lightweight and easy to pack when travelling, too. I love it!

Got this as I was in the middle of GCSEs and my neck was starting to hurt while revising. It's lightweight and holds onto the books really well. Will definitely be continuing to use it in sixth form.

Fabulous, easy to use. Holds my large books well. The dip for the spine is great.Holds the pages well. More sturdy than it looks.I managed to use it while reading in bed, nestled on top of my duvet. Folds flat with the book in it..Great, no more book marks falling out!Wish I had this years ago!
