Great 2-hr Reading for High-Level AI, but Missing Chat GPT/LLMs
I am a data science senior manager in a digital bank, with experience of using and developing ML models in fraud and marketing.I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It provides a well-structured overview of AI applications across various industries and delves into numerous use cases. I was also inspired by the in-depth exploration of AI safety and ethics, which added depth to the content.I was recommending this book to a college, whose first question is does it include Chat GPT? No it doesn't and that's when it struck me that it is missing a key component of the latest AI, the realm of Gen AI, LLMs, or Chat GPT, which are distinct from other machine learning models. These models possess the unique ability to handle not only specific, narrowly-defined tasks but a wide range of tasks, making them a 'stronger' AI.One aspect of the book that I found intriguing was the concept of an "AI Tiger Team." It presents an interesting approach, but I have reservations about assembling a team of that includes long-term business experts. Finding individuals with deep domain knowledge can be a daunting task, as such expertise usually takes years to develop. Additionally, integrating such a team may risk encroaching on the responsibilities of other existing teams, leading to defensive re-actions to say the least.

Pocket-Guide for Futureproof AI Business Strategies
Given the rate at which Generative AI/LLMs developed over the first 10 months of commercial apps, it's easy to say that anything in print on contemporary AI might be at least dated, or worse obsolete. Not the case. This book uplevels AI applications for strategic business thinkers. Similar to how actual GenAI tech augments decision makers, this book will also serve as an analog reference manual that I will continually revisit for the next 18 months -at minimum- as we encounter new challenges in ethical/responsible AI.

A great AI primer for business leaders
Clearly, the author has had years of experience in AI and analytics. Although this was written before ChatGPT, the concepts, explanations, and use cases are extremely valuable for business leaders. I love the thoughtful, pragmatic approach that the author brings to the table—from where to start to AI ethics, I’d highly recommend this book to peers who want to impact their business.

A fantastic primer to AI
As someone in tech but not close to AI, this was a great read and cleared up a lot of confusion I had around the different types of AI that exist in the tech world. It's got my wheels turning on how I can make sure we're taking advantage of AI and look forward to future TinyTechGuides!

Waste of Money. T
This is a tiny little book, small pages, and about 161 pages. It is very elementary and a waste of my time and money.

A practical guide to understanding AI impact on business
Excellent summary of the use cases, processes, and technologies to consider when approaching the application of AI across a business. I especially liked the summary points with citations for more depth as needed, and a framework to think through how to get started and prioritize.
