D'addario Are Great Strings
Diario are great guitar strings used by professionals. These are a 9 guage, and I loved them; unfortunately I broke a string trying to change them myself (it was my first time, as I am a beginner) and my Luthier put 10's on. Also D'addario. But the 9's are perfect for beginners. The 9's feel wonderful and light on the fingers, and as I am an adult with tiny hands, it makes reaching for chords really a lot easier. D'ddarios are also known for their long playability; they last for months. Highly reccomend.

Great Strings For a Beginner
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I decided to try these lighter strings after purchasing the slightly heavier ones before. These are considerably easier to play, and my chords sound cleaner. Not to mention they have wonderful sound! This company consistently makes good strings that last a long time and are priced well.

Super Impressed
I couldn't believe how good they sound and how much like an electric they made my FS800 feel. I was expecting a loss of volume and projection. But was surprised that they sounded better than stock strings. Unless they break too often or do not maintain tuning stability, I don't know why I would want to use any other strings from here on.

Sound great and less effort!
These are awesome relief for older players that have issues with their hands. I was worried the sound would be a problem, but they sound great. Much easier to play and less fatigue. I'm going to use these from now on.

Bright sound and un-wound
I own 12 guitars (and counting) at the moment, 5 of which are acoustic. I have tried countless string brands and guages over 37 years. This pack has actually been in my string drawer for about a year and I just got to them. They are now my go to strings for my Takamine and Ibanez acoustics due to the un-wound G string which gives me the versatility to play acoustic solos on them, not to mention how bright they sound. So I give these strings 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone, especially if you want the ability to effortlessly bend notes on acoustic guitars.

Been playing guitar for 30 years and finally researched strings. I strung these and WOW, playing no longer hurts and the sound is heavenly. My research was correct. Treat yourself to these strings that many of the Greats use.

Très souples et facile, le son est très brillant et metalique, mais pas de grave, pas de rondeur, pas de profondeur.... Bref : - en électro-acoustique c'est très bien, on compense avec l'equaliseur et ça passe - en pure Acoustique, le son manque de richesse de grave et de projection. Je suis repassé direct en 12/53 de la même marque. EJ16. C'est plus difficile mais le son est là....
