A good meal replacement, especially post workout
I think this is a very good product. It mixes nice and easy, smells good and provides sufficient calories and macro nutrient content. You'll get a good size tub for the money which I think makes it pretty good value, although if you were going to take two shakes a day, you would find it quite expensive. I personally didn't experience any stomach issues, but this is a heavy product with a lot of ingredients so some people may find they do. Obviously an item like this is designed to be taken over a long period of time so I cannot comment on its effectiveness but used correctly it would be an excellent addition to any regimen.

Great supplement!!
I have used this product nearly 10 years now and provides everything needed to support nutritional demands of intense training and supplements my daily protein intake nicely. The powder mixes very well however I prefer to blend mine with frozen banana, strawberries or blueberries for more nutritional benefits and tastes even more amazing!!! Try it with milk or water or half/ half depends on how thick you like it

Great taste
I do love this product. It does what it says. Has a great taste too. I drink of this a day on top of my food is enough to put some weight on. I scored this 4/5 due to the product making you smell of milk. Strange I know but you can smell it on you / in you (I guess through your pores) for hours afterward.

Flavour is lacking
Although this is marketed as Vanilla Ice Cream it does not have a strong vanilla taste like a number of other protein brands I have tried. The protein content is good and the packaging is also good. The scoop that comes with the product is extremely large and quite difficult to get out of the hole whilst full of protein

Good protein being using on and off due to not having time for gym but protein is good

Bad taste
It was really really bad for me… I am at the gym right now and I feel nauseated and unable to continue my workout peacefully. Might be personal and every other person might not have the same body reaction to it but it was really bad for me. Unfortunately can’t get a refund
