Phonak Hearing Aid LARGE Size POWER Domes by Phonak

Great product, great price. Very quick delivery. We'd actually run out so it was a relief yo get them so quickly.

Perfect for me and stops any feed back whistles

The domes fit tightly into my ears which get sore after a few hours but I will just have to get used to that because they immediately helped my hearing by being so tight. I now realise that the previous domes were not tight enough in my ears and therefore I wasn't hearing as well as I am now.

This review is for the LARGE SIZE SMOKEY DOMES (Unfortunately as with most products with varying sizes Amazon just lump them altogether which causes a lot of confusion!!!!!) these LARGE domes are a perfect replacement for my Phonak hearing aid domes and are excellent quality and superb value - well done Castle Hearing!! I will be purchasing more in the future.

I just got the Roger Phonak Focus II hearing aids after months of saving up after my audiologist recommended them to me, and the domes they came with were way, way too small! I popped these on and immediately the sound quality was better and it was so much more comfortable for me. These are very nice domes, fit well, fit the SlimTube perfectly, and are just what I need to get the most out of my agonisingly expensive hearing aids. And of course, it's soothing to know that if the dome happens to pop off the SlimTube into my ear canal, it'll take far less work (and possibly one less visit to the GP out of hours) to retrieve it from inside my head!

These domes are great , the design helps stop the echoing sound . It has a dome piece at entrance where sound comes out this seems to absorb the echo . Unfortunately they don’t stay in Rexton aides , they are fir Phonak. Wish this company would make them for Rexton. The sound is so much better, and so is fit they are firmer than others and keep out unwanted sound too. I ordered large.

Costco used to supply us with enough domes to last between our normal visits, Now the very busy store here in Tucson requires one to leave her hearing aids in the department where they will then replace the old domes which are usually changed monthly. So one shops without her aids....not a good idea we think and are required to return monthly to repeat the process which usually is an hour to complete. So as instructed alternatively we ordered these Phonak domes (size as also advised), They are larger than the Costco provided ones have been but do attached properly and apparently work ok. We have bought Kirkland aids such as these over the many years at Costco and appreciate the reasonable price and good service and understand to an extent why they decided to function this way. Luckily we were able to purchase these domes from Amazon where the delivery was prompt and convenient although we were apprehensive about getting a correct fit.

I had no idea how much hearing can be improved by using a different type of ear cap. In my case I find that the closed type ear cap greatly improves my hearing when compared to using the tulip or open (has holes in it) ear caps. Among the closed ear cap models, so far this model has given me the best hearing. Additionally, I have not had any of the negative side effects that I experienced with other models, such as feedback wind noise, or the ear caps turning inside out when removing the hearing aids.

These appear to be a shade larger than the ones that came with my Phonak hearing aids. Makes them more difficult to get in the ear. But they work so I can't complain to much I guess.
